Are QPs randomly generated numbers?
I include the numbers from the past drawing LL on my elimination list. That means I won't be using them to wheel for the upcoming drawing. There are no inconsitencies there.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Thanks RJOh, How far I can go back in the previous result will be determined in large part by how many elimination numbers I use. In the example I had to use 15.

How do you pick your numbers?
Could you briefly explain your system? Texas Mad Man explained his system, which seems to be about elimination. He uses Inspector 3-4 and Deflate 3-4. I have avoided these tools because I never had examples of how to use them. If you are interested, this is the link to his system. https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/243145

Due to Budget Cuts-California Lottery District Office closed on Fridays
If that's upsetting, you'll really flip if they announce the reduction or elimination of lower tier prizes due to a budget cut or start taxing lottery wins at a higher rate than regular income as they did in New Jersey.

How would you spend it?
This may sound stupid but even if I don't win, at least I had the money to play. Yesterday I saw a woman who did not even have a dollar left to buy a Mega Millions ticket once she filled up her car with gas!!! So charity would be one of the areas my financial guys would be required to budget into my How would I spend it list, not to mention debt elimination, big new home, nice car, college fund for kids, vacations and most in importantly the sign that says RETIRED!!!

What is your preferred method for choosing numbers?
Rather than a process of inclusion I follow a process of elimination - ie remove numberm that are not expected to occur in the next draw. Eventually I'm left with a core set of numbers that I make my selection from.

"Taping" in advance & Conspiracy Theories
If you are so worried about fake drawings then support the elimination of computerized drawings. If PB were computer drawn you would have no idea how the numbers were chosen or if it was honest. It's far easier to cheat if the method of choosing numbers is an unknown.

Lottery Tournament
Well we all remember the game tournament (which Lotto 5 won thanks to a great jackpot run). Well how about a tournament for entire lotteries. Which state has the best lottery? I'll come up with a bracket soon. And this time, it's win or go home. No double elimination.
