Post Iowa Lottery CEO Terry Rich Q&A Poll.
This is a copy of the Q A: Terry Hi, Terry Rich here. I'm CEO of the Iowa Lottery and past president of the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries. Glad to answer the lottery questions you have. Know that all opinions are mine, not those of the state of Iowa, any lottery organization or any other state lottery. Forever glorious be your names, o wise gamers, for they prove that only Randomness is Almighty! Randomness is Great!Allow me to jot down a few thoughts as communicated to me by the expert in Randomness himself. I swore to keep his name secret, for the lottery hit-men might hit him (but not with a jackpot!). You are right and also wrong regarding the true randomness of computer generation. The computers can generate numbers as highly random as by manual selection. The first essential condition is

Wouldn't common sense tell you to wait for the check before speaking?
What idiotic Lottery Clerk doesn't recognize a sting interrogation? The story was about clerks working in stores selling multiple products and in one of those stores the owner told the person their ticket was a $1000 winner. Have no idea if there are stores where one clerk's sole job is to sell lottery tickets. Apparently just three of the seven agreed to be interviewed by Hanson so one or more of the other four said NO or the interview wasn't worth showing. The clerks didn't have to answer

Bobbi Kristina...Let's continue to pray LP
That's quite a bit of money. If she dies and doesn't see her 25th and 30th birthday, I wonder who the money goes to then? If it was family designated and I was law enforcement, I'd be looking there and I'm sure they are doing that. Some reports say the police want tapes to view for a possible person jumping the wall behind her house. My question is did her 'husband' find her or her friend? If this turns out to be a criminal case, that's even more sad. She didn't need to win the lotte

9-1-1 and State Lottery Corruption
From my research working with school systems, transit agencies and law enforcement, patterns of suspicious lottery results from several states emerged. In my book, The Mystery of September 11 and the State Lotteries I provide detailed information that explains how certain state governments and the federal government are controlling and manipulating the lottery games, illegally. I'm concerned that schools are being deprived monies they are entitled to; and we, the taxpayers, have a right to kn

can someone here post me an example of a fake RNG lottery drawing?
Sure, treat; I'd be happy to elaborate. I think it was in 2004 when LosingJeff and I went to Indianapolis to give our evidence file to the FBI. The meeting got off to a bad start when they refused to let us see an agent, and told us to go home and contact our attorney general. We told them we weren't leaving until we spoke with an agent. They threatened us with arrest if we didn't leave immediately. Then, they had us escorted to the lobby, where we were warned not to come back. I'm the

I don't have the address but found it easily on google.com, searching for contact of congressional representatives. My representative happens to be against a ban on assaul

LOTTOMIKE:Again, we appreciate your support, but it's not a matter of giving up; we've exhausted all of our resources. The press will no longer give us an audience. Our legislators stopped speaking to us after they were satisfied we had no knowledge of the scratch-off ticket scandal (before it went public).People who work for the police agency (Marion County Prosecutor's office) charged with the investigation are quitting and going to work for the Hoosier Lottery.Lottery revenues are being shovele

I know you hate to have your facts disputed, but in this case, you are wrong. Nothing prevents the President from declaring a National Emergency and sending U.S. Military members into the street of America. Nothing prevents it, except intelligence and integrity. Something every President, including Bush, has shown for decades. Not only can the President of the United States declare a Nationl Emergency, under that emergency, can nationalize every business in the country. Under the authority o
