Did you read any of the posts? You just do not seem to process basic info correctly. That is not your role or authority to scare a lottery clerk. You have no authority there and it would still be a crime.

Why are you so excited about something published in Brazilian Mathematics journal, ask your university professor about the quality of that journal. That journal's impact factor is 0.5 and considered junk. Not knowing his name is not a shame or a crime. Many lottery winner never heard his name and does not need to know for future winners.

You ask at the end of your story, What do you think of that? I'll tell you what I think: If you believe the lottery is cheating, then you either go to the police or you retract your statement. Nobody has any idea who you are or if you are telling the truth about anything, including working at the Florida Lottery. I have seen countless people over the years come on here and spin tales about the lottery being rigged. Obviously, most of the time it is just someone who doesn't win very often

Yes winners in Puerto Rico can stay anonymous. Shockingly, there were two Puerto Rico Powerball jackpot winners in 2015, the year after the island started the game. Both have remained anonymous. Puerto Rico has a lot of crime. There is no benefit in going public, although the lottery commission might tell us if one person or more people purchased those three tickets at the one location.
