CA SuperLotto slow-build 6 months
That does not make sense either. They allow all kinds of federally illegal drugs to be sold openly there but for some reason it's a big crime to sell lottery tickets across state lines? Massachusetts found a way to sell across state lines so it can be done. Why wouldn't they want to take in more $$$?

Doing Great Mr-B. I agree with your assessment of Yawn Wayne's superior attitude and ego. I've never made any bones I don't like it. Nothing about it is cute or funny. We all come here expecting people to live up to their word and then this guy comes along playing state games; basically saying, I know I did it. You know I did it. But you still have to prove I did it. When you cross paths with someone of the mindset it is frustrating. You'll never get the truth out of them and not bec

Arrested for buy too many Lottery tickets?
I had to prove that the money I had came from my bank records and not from any drug related issues. Looks like you never heard of the Fourth and Fifth Amendments to the United States Constitution. Unless they have priors, I'm pretty sure the police are not interested in investigating someone with a stack of $20s with no evidence of a crime based on concerns of Karen the store clerk .

Arrested for buy too many Lottery tickets?
You said you were arrested apparently for the crime of having a stack of 20s . Your lottery probably retains legal council, but doubt they are responsible for the arrest or will represent you if you decide to sue for a number of reasons. Should have filmed it and posted it on YouTube. And BTW, A recent series of articles by The Washington Post chronicling the issue found that of the 400 court cases examined by The Post where people who challenged seizures and received money back

Lottery Book
Hi all - I'm new here, so I will try to follow the rules (no links, etc). I've just written a book about the U.S. Lottery and I think some of you may actually enjoy it. Here's some key bullets: There are chapters on game types, odds, organized crime, and customer advocates There's a profile and discussion with James Hayes (the PT Cruiser Bandit ) who won $19m in 1998, but ended up broke, addicted, and robbing 11 banks and eventually making his way to America's Most Wanted criminals..and even
