Would you ever pretend to be LO after being scammed by Clerk?

Who is Sam Bankman-Fried and Why Are The Fed's After Him?
Good points Stats... Could be SBF is trying to get a head start on influencing a jury. You're correct SBF has not been charged with any crime....not yet anyway. That said, The Fed's are looking at the whole mess, and my guess is they are proceeding slowly so as to be in a position to present a solid case to a US Attorney that the prosecutor believes there is enough evidence to present the case to a Federal Grand Jury for an indictment, and ultimately gain a conviction in a courtroom in

Who is Sam Bankman-Fried and Why Are The Fed's After Him?
Just for a little perspective on the SBF case/mess - It's bigger than Enron and worse than Bernie Madoff .... Some other comments I've heard are Just the tip of the iceberg ... more indictments to follow .... One legal expert said that He's charged with wire fraud and that's the easiest crime for a federal prosecutor to prove .... Sam The Sham is toast. Cryto Curency is an unregulated asset class. It's not like stocks and bonds which are asset classes that are regulated by The US Securit

CA SuperLotto slow-build 6 months
That does not make sense either. They allow all kinds of federally illegal drugs to be sold openly there but for some reason it's a big crime to sell lottery tickets across state lines? Massachusetts found a way to sell across state lines so it can be done. Why wouldn't they want to take in more $$$?

Would you ever pretend to be LO after being scammed by Clerk?
Did you read any of the posts? You just do not seem to process basic info correctly. That is not your role or authority to scare a lottery clerk. You have no authority there and it would still be a crime.

Would you ever pretend to be LO after being scammed by Clerk?
I once had a next door neighbor, Freddie, who happened to be a detective in the police department in the town I lived in. I saw his name in a local newspaper story about him apprehending a petty thief. A couple of days later Freddie was mowing his lawn so I wandered over to his yard and congratulated him for having caught the guy. Freddie told me that the guy he arrested was Just like all the other idiots I track down and arrest . By that statement he said meant They get in trouble with the

Doing Great Mr-B. I agree with your assessment of Yawn Wayne's superior attitude and ego. I've never made any bones I don't like it. Nothing about it is cute or funny. We all come here expecting people to live up to their word and then this guy comes along playing state games; basically saying, I know I did it. You know I did it. But you still have to prove I did it. When you cross paths with someone of the mindset it is frustrating. You'll never get the truth out of them and not bec

Who is Sam Bankman-Fried and Why Are The Fed's After Him?
Thanks.... There is another aspect or 'twist' to the SBF story that I didn't put in my post above. When The Fed's investigate either a suspected financial crime or a crime that was actually committed, FBI forensic accountants are deployed to follow the money trail by examining any/all financial records. That technique is as old as the hills, but this time it won't be so easy for The Feds. It's going to way more complicated. The crypto currency world is very new and the whole thing is
