I d like to know your experience and ideas about how to discard numbers out of a pool, in games like Powerball and Euromillions. I mean: you get a pool of numbers, using any system, but you need to choose small amount of these numbers. What would you do?

Office Pool Lotto Questions
There are good reasons to avoid pools, but fear of a lawsuit isn't one of them. If you do get sued, congratulations. You'll almost certainly never be sued unless you win a sizable amount. That means you're a winner. Other than never winning, you can't do anything to guarantee that you won't be sued, but you can make it unlikely and you can make it a virtual certainty that you won't lose. There are really only two issues to be concerned about. One is who is a member of the pool, and the other is

Need advice
Rose: If your pool had won a jackpot, I would have hated to hear of each of you having to receive annual payments. If you ever play in a pool again, you should make sure the pool is for CASH/LUMP SUM unless there is a unanimous vote for the annuity (of course, someone wanting lump sum shouldn't be in an annuity-only pool).

Has anyone tried a Lottery Pool?
With the MegaMillion jackpot getting near a $100M, now is the best time you will have to convince your friends and relatives to start a pool. Write down some kind of contract, so everyone in the pool is clear about how the pool works and who is entered. It doesn't have to be a long term pool, it can be until this jackpot is won. Good luck to you.RJOh

Listen Up Jabroni's
Unless the office pool can prove that the guy bought a ticket using the office pool money, otherwise the guy wins and it's his ticket. I honestly believe that the guy bought the ticket on his own, he would have to be a real SOB to do that to his friends. I think that the office pool is jealous and greedy, if they don't have proof, then too bad for them. HA HA! I want this guy to win the court battle, the other greedy selfish office pool people can just $#$ #(!

Do you play alone or in a pool?
When you play the lottery, do you usually play on your own or with others in a pool setting? If you play in a pool, do you buy other tickets besides the ones you got by buying into the pool?
