Lottery Players Convention
Has anyone here ever attended a national or international convention for lottery players? I've read about an international convention for lottery officials and vendors, but I'm wondering if there's any type of annual gathering for players. It would probably benefit all lottery players to learn a little more about their games. A well organized convention could offer seminars, workshops, lectures, sales of lottery books and software, and a great opportunity for networking. Does anyone have any know

stalking customers
at this moment, i actually dont have a clue as to what they are doing now. i can imagine though.its funny though, when you go back and look at a situaton like that store...............i was in control over the money, the safe, the drops, distributing of 10-30 thousand dollar company checks to vendors, i was in charge of everything that happened in that store, i had the keys to the front and back and i was given the alarm code and had access to large amounts of info and account numbers for busine

N.Y.State lottery answer my question
Lottery is a state game that is taxable. Anything being taxed is open to public inquiry and should be published. Their explanation is suspect and certainly leaves room for corruption or financial mismanagement. If you truly want to know the payout amounts, and you should if you play the NY Lottery and you are interested in how the lottery helps New York as well as the New York school system, my advice would be to start a small group of 10 to 15 people, not all lottery players, but people inte

Lotto pet peeves (with vendors & other players)
What are some of your pet peeves with lotto sales agents, and other players? I'm not talking about your numbers not hitting, or hitting if you don't play them, what I mean here is irritations such as no play slips for the game you want to play. I'll start with that, here's a few of mine: Lotto Sales: No play slip available (this is very common around here. Granted lotto is usually a sideline, but still...) Clerks who don't know you can play Pick 3 / Pick 4 for 50 cents. Other pla

Store-specific lottery ticket paper?
At the moment I've got tickets from NY, PA, and DE handy and they're the same width as close as I can tell by lining them up and looking. It's possible, but I doubt any state is dumb enough to let their vendors make terminals that use different sizes, and therefore require stocking multiple sizes and sending the right size. The terminal would probably work with a generic paper roll (possibly even a slightly different width) from an office supply store, but the tickets wouldn't be valid because t

Lottery Expo 2016
Yeah, and please read what it says about marketing to the consumer. It seems only vendors and lottery commissions are allowed and I'm pretty sure that the registration for will have an area designated for a specific affiliation code or reference number for registration verification. I'd be willing to bet that they're going to be discussing new models and technologies to turning more profits. The consumer is the end user and is the primary source for the corresponding financial derivatives (profi

Who can play the Georgia Lottery? A. Anyone who is 18 years of age or older can play Georgia Lottery games except for Georgia Lottery employees, Board members and family members residing in the same household; vendors, subcontractors, employees and family members residing in the same household. There are no restrictions placed on retailers and their employees. I'm not following anyone 18 and over can buy lottery tickets in Georgia?

Powerball Matrix Change - April 15, 2015
Who comes up with this stuff. These games are getting too intricate for players. Though, it's understandable why game designers are doing this, so as to further mask the lousy payout percentages, which generally are in the 50% range, at best, for numbers games. People trying to justify their salary! Based on my experience and learning from conferences and meetings, this industry is riddled with waste, greed, and ignorance. The vendors practically operate a monopoly and the lotteries are more

Playing The Lottery Less Often Is The Best Strategy To Win A Lottery Jackpot Someday.
Possible reason: whenever there is a winner, the lottery doesn't have to wait for ALL the states to report their sales....just the one(s) with winner(s). When there isn't a winner, the lottery has to wait until all the states report to make sure that indeed, there is no winner(s). It is actually almost known instantly every time, but the lottery has to do their due diligence in verifying from all the states and vendors. Then again, they and the states are often slow at updating their website.

Strange methods and strategies used by players
No, it doesn't works at all. But the boy absolutely believe that lottery vendors used 'special' software to not allow players to win jackpot using Quick Picks. It is reason why he use numbers from Quck Picks tickets and then create a chart from which he picks the numbers which have less appearance.
