Not if the public is let in on it. but the lotteries dont care about us anymore. at least wisconsin doesnt, i worked at a gas station during the time that they switched over the drawings. and there WAS NOTHING that told anyone they switched. we didnt even know. in fact i played $5 a day for three months not knowing it was computerized until Nov 1st when The press release was put on LP then i emailed WI LOTTERY and they told me they switched over August 2nd.BUT id like to know about this 9 scanda
