Test Drawings
Thanks yoho and all who responded to the question. I was unaware that pre-draws were even conducted to the extent that they are. This was already mentioned, but when I did a search for pre-draw results information, Texas was the only state I found that makes the information available to the public. I'm not sure whether they use a computerized system, or the good-ole-air-ball system. ;-) It does put a different light on the drawings though, in my opinion; in that whatev

strike the lotto
Yup, you're right, here it is: https://www.lotterypost.com/news/100094.htm However, check out the date I created the petition: https://www.lotterypost.com/news/94616.htm It was August 29, 2004 -- two and a half months before Wisconsin announced the transition to fake drawings. So technically you're right, Wisconsin did switch after the petition was started. However, one does not switch to fake drawings in two and a half months, and the petition would not have been able to stop the sw

Are Lotteries Rigged
To Konane:Thanks for your support.I've long considered your point concerning multiple ballsets. Illinois uses twenty ballsets and twelve machines for their daily games. The ballset and machines are chosen at random before each drawing, and these machines are then tested several times before the drawing takes place. Michigan has a similar policy. Initially, it seems that you actually have to choose your numbers from a pool of 200 (twenty ballsets x ten balls each), but this really isn't the case.

Are pick3 and pick4 numbers sequentially drawn? RNG questions...
At least at one point in the past Tennessee's RNG definitely picked 3 and/or 4 individual digits. Maybe they make that information available somewhere, but even if they wanted to keep it a secret we know that's how they were doing it because for a short period the RNG was configured incorrectly and would not output a digit that had already been used for a specific drawing. Whatever digit came up as the first one couldn't come up as the 2nd one, and neither of the first two could come up in the 3

Iowa Lottery CEO Terry Rich answers your questions
I would like to thank Terry Rich, CEO of the Iowa Lottery and former president of the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries (NASPL), for joining us here at Lottery Post this evening to discuss the Eddie Tipton computerized drawing scandal. The revelation that the former security chief of the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL) was instrumental in rigging a computerized Hot Lotto drawing in Iowa and allegedly in several other states has caused a great deal of concern

For those who complain about what states win
You are a conspiracy theorist because you spout off conspiracy theories. All someone needs to do is look at your posting history and find all the proof they need to see you are a conspiracy theorist. Just as an example, when someone asked you how the lottery drawings are rigged in favor of California, your response and I quote, The computerized lottery terminals, if it doesn't match any 6 numbers in california, they let it roll again. - pickone4me original source: https://www.lotterypo

Poll: New National Game October 19th - Will You Play?
It looks like Monopoly Millionaires' Club losing money has caught the attention of the media. I read an article in the Indianapolis Business Journal about the lottery losing money and the burden it will put on their private vendor if it doesn't succeed. The lottery cannot be happy about this at all. (Internally, they are obsessed with mentions in the press they literally track every news story posted, date etc. They have even started relying on the media to drive sales for record jackpots.) I

Can pick 3 be beaten on the long run?
Are Computerized Lottery Drawings Truly Random? Jun 21, 2004 Hoosier Lottery officials said the change from pingpong balls to computers was made for two reasons: reliability and cost. We had used 15 (pingpong ball) machines since 1989, and they were showing wear and tear, lottery spokesman Andrew Reed said. They would have cost at least $40,000 each to replace. Two portable computers cost about $700 each. And Lottery Director Jack Ross said computers are not only more reliable but

how to play pick 3,4 and 5 games
Thanks Todd, Actually, I have been studying the numbers for sometime considering both points of view while not sure if it matters for a computerized drawing. I have looking at the report cards of each state unfortunately my state is at the bottom. Without going into a lot of detail. I have created some tools that may be showing me patterns in the random numbers (which I believe are more psuedo-random than truely random). I was wondering if splitting the drawings would skew my result
