Who are you going to tell after you win the monday's powerball jackpot.
The majority of fortune 500 companies incorporate in Delaware because it is so pro business. You do not really want a blind trust. That is usually where you turn over all your assets to be managed by someone else and you have no knowledge in how it is invested. It is often used by a President or other high ranking officials to prevent a conflict of interest or the appearance of one. A blind trust would make it very easy to have your money stolen like the infamous lottery attorney Jason.. Peo

I would definitely choose another attorney. This is first year law school info he should know. Of course he recommends a blind trust...so he can control your investments and you have no input. I know some winners may want this but it is potentially dangerous with very unsophisticated winners. It is time consuming and court approval can sometimes be needed to undue both blind trusts and irrevocable trusts. Your first goal is to allow your attorney to claim the money on your behalf with a revo

Powerball
Speculating about me wasting gas when I'm in Florida and you're in Colorado makes you look stupid. I know if I'm wasting gas or not, you don't. But you are correct about what I should do which is claiming smartly. I'd be smart about it by hiring an estate and asset protection attorney and have them claim it as the legal representative of the revocable living trust I'd have them set up. (The Florida Lottery allows an entity such as an LLC or a trust to be the official claimant of the prize)

Interesting. 🤷
No, there is no evidence that Jeffrey Epstein personally won the Powerball. The claim originates from a 2008 incident where a legal entity, the Zorro Trust , claimed an $85 million Powerball jackpot, but it has not been verified that Epstein himself was the beneficiary. Here are the details regarding this claim: The Trust: The winning ticket was claimed by the Zorro Trust on July 2, 2008, just two days after Epstein entered a Florida jail to begin a 13-month sentence. The Connectio

Powerball
Texas does appear to be easier not to mention cheaper than Florida to claim anonymously. In Florida a player could utilize statue 1024.51 to claim anonymously and fore go using an attorney. That said, after 90 days the Florida Lottery would release the name of the winner to anyone that asks them. The Florida Lottery thinks 90 days is enough time for a winner to get a head start on doing a disappearing act. I dunno, I guess that all depends on the winners personal situation. As for me, I

Is this true?
A computer glitch caused a delay in the live TV broadcast of a Powerball drawing on July 2, 2008. This occurred around the same time that Jeffrey Epstein's Zorro Trust claimed an $85 million Powerball win from a ticket purchased in Oklahoma, sparking suspicions of fraud, according to Grok on X. While the timing and secrecy fueled speculation, no direct evidence of rigging or fraud has been found to date. The Powerball drawing was eventually held, revealing a single winning ticket sold in Al

You win a big jackpot, what's your cover story?
I had an old family member put me in a trust shortly after I was born that I never knew about I couldn't touch until last fall when an attorney called . They were allegedly invested in gold/silver/palladium is my understanding but I am not fully aware of everything. I remember talking with them when I was little kid about saving/buying silver coins but had no idea I was a part of their trust or how big it actually is.

Could you explain a double blind trust to me? No such thing and especially in terms of anonymity. The states that allow anonymity or other options for claiming are listed in a topic pinned in the Jackpot forum. A blind trust is a different entity. It is used primarily by people with financial assets that could place them in a conflict of interest with their job duties. I am sure President Trump has one and his children likely manage it. With a blind trust, someone else controls and mana
