The several that have won 1st and 2nd place prizes through this past couple of decades have often become big headaches for everyone involved. Giving everybody copies of the ticktets could make it more difficult for her to rip off the rest of the pool if one of the pool tickets wins. It does nothing to keep the rest of the pool from attemting to steal most of the prize if the winning ticket is hers.
