My feeling is that it was two friends, 2 significant others, etc., that agreed to share a jackpot if one of them ever won, so they both picked a combination that they liked, or maybe just one. Then they always bought two of the same tickets so that there would be no worries about the taxation while splitting the jackpot. If they were really smart, they each would have the same card to play, so that the store cameras would see each of them purchasing the winning ticket to satisfy the later checks

I honestly don't even see the point of playing the lottery unless you buy tickets in a state that allows you to remain anonymous. I actually think it is foolish to tell people you won after you went through all the trouble to remain anonymous.

So if there is a new roll put out there you'd have to have a great relationship with them if you think they're going to skip tickets up to 007, etc. Those type of individuals definitely won't be buying from a self serve lottery machine. I don't buy scratchers but noticed when the roll is low it'll say two tickets left (sometimes).

You get notified to renew your season ticket when it comes close to running out of draws so you just always renew or yes that situation could happen.
