Starting today, you will no longer be able to watch how the Kentucky Lottery draws its daily numbers games because the drawings now take place inside a computer program.

Arizona Lottery computerized drawing machine generated identical winning numbers
Machine taken out of service; no explanation offered
Once again computerized lottery drawings are coming under scrutiny as a machine responsible for generating random numbers has done the opposite, generating exact duplicates.
The Arizona Lottery is offering losing ticket refunds or exchanges from four games held over a recent six-day period because a machine used for the drawings generated the same winning numbers in consecutive games.

Hot Lotto multi-state lottery game to end in October

Hot Lotto, a multi-state lottery draw game currently played in 14 states, will end this October. The final Hot Lotto drawing will be conducted on Saturday, Oct. 28.

Pennsylvania Lottery seeking volunteer witnesses on evening drawing show
Yeah, this biggest weakness of PA drawings: the DAY drawing. Because that's computerized. As good a PA is with the evening drawings, they're doing the wrong thing with the day draws.
As a lottery player, at least you can avoid computerized drawings by sticking with the evening drawings. Most computerized states you have no way to avoid them.
