Im telling everyone ! And no one is taking action! Im wondering if the fbi needs to go in to TN lotto headquarters and take some rng machines for testing!! This rigging goes deep how far i dont know! Well lets see.. how do we get started in beginning an investigation of the CA Lottery.. their computer software should be checked out for sure. At the very least they should let the public know of their system changes so we can have a choice and a fair chance. It certainly isn't fair if the computer jumps when it detects a certain number is being played many times in say a certain area code or even just in general. I'd like to know if others are experiencing the same thing.

GOD Luck to everyone today.... NCEL sent me the title to 3 new school buses they bought with the money I lost last month so I made one of the buses my Avatar.....They are doing an internal investigation right now on how I won 3 times in 2 days... If they contact anyone here just pretend I'm a nut case...Yea, I know, you want be pretending...
