I did something yesterday that I rarely do. I bought $5.00 QP FF5. (The only QP's I ever play are Free Tickets) and I won two Free Tickets with my five dollar QP ticket!! The reason why I bought the QP's is because we were in Publix, and I haven't been playing FF5 lately. The kids were here for Thanksgiving and money was flying out of my hands for Thanksgiving Day related things. I was very busy because my kids were here with little to no time to buy a ticket, and finally I had been taking a

Selling lottery tickets across the entire USA is a massive business. It's a multi-Billion dollar business. Corporations like AT T, Exxon/Mobil, NetFlix and IBM are multi-billion dollar enterprises. So lottery ticket sales is huge. That means the people who run the states lottery games are managing an extremely vital not to mention a huge source of revenue for the states, and they know many things about managing that business that most players never even think about or realize. One thing

Ohio Rolling Cash5 rolls to $556,000.00
Ohioans have bought and claimed PowerBall tickets in Indiana for years now. One of PowerBall biggest winner was a group from Columbus Ohio that bought their tickets in Indiana. When Ohio had the best games in the area people from all the surrounding states bought Ohio lottery tickets , won and appeared on its live lottery show all the time. One of SuperLotto biggest winners was from Pennsylvania. I wouldn't be surprised if an out of stater wins the Rolling Cash5 jackpot. When the PowerBall

Buying 1 lottery quick pick ticket is random enough as buying 1000 lottery tickets for the same drawing.

Take5 NY
If anybody was going to hit four numbers in Take5, last nite was the night to do it. $1,031 bucks for 4 numbers. Does anybody know if The NY State Lottery has recently changed the split with regard to how much money is paid out of the total ticket sales pool to T5 winners and how much they keep? (Out of all they money they take in via T5 ticket sales, what percentage is allocated to T5 players with winning tickets and what percentage does the state keep?) Guys, I hate to say it, but I thin

Here's some math that demonstrates why players who buy a four inch thick stack of lottery tickets thinking they are improving their chances of winning a jackpot are only fooling themselves. Suppose a player bought half of all FF5's 376,992 possible combinations of five numbers. Besides the fact that would cost them $188,496 to play in just one drawing, they would have covered only 50% of all the possible combo's. Because 188,496 combo's are uncovered , that means they have a 50% chance of win

Yeah, I did force their hand, but after I left the gas station I realized what I had done was risky. My thinking is that after a ticket has been scanned, it must be paid out. That's because a winning ticket can only be paid one time. After it's been paid, a ticket could be scanned a second time, but the computer that the lottery terminal is attached to is not going allow it to be paid out a second time. So if the gas station truly didn't have the necessary cash on hand to cover the pay out, t

I was just looking back at the Excel spreadsheet I created last year where I was tracking how much I spent in 2021 for FF5 tickets. On that sheet I also logged various other things like each Saturday's total jackpot amount. I can tell you the total FF5 jackpot amount for each and every Saturday of 2021. The Florida Lottery knows something, and that's that players arent spending as much money on FF5 tickets in 2022 as they did in 2021. This year, the largest total jackpot happened on a Saturd
