Lucky For Life
The biggest problem with Lucky for Life is that Pennsylvania is a state with a large population of senior citizens, with a rapidly leaving population of younger people. Pennsylvania's economy is tanking. I am among the so-called brain drain and do not regret it at all. Pennsylvania has two for life scratch-off games, a $2 and a $10 version. These games are probably sufficient, however, if PA wants to have a for-life jackpot drawing, they should join up with the Win for Life game in GA/KY

Maddogs Powerball Challenge 10/28
Actually, I thought we were talking about backing up a winning jackpot combination with a repeat. In a 6/49 game, the odds of catching 5of6 are something like 1 in 55,000. If you had a system that would hit 5of6 five pecent of the time using fifty combinations per draw, that sounds like you drastically reduced the odds of catching a 5of6 hit to 1 in 1000. (That would be a 5of6 hit every twenty draws or ten weeks if drawn twice weekly.) Including the lower tier secondary prizes along with the

The final drawing for Lotto South...
The final drawing for Lotto South was yesterday and no one won the $4.5 million annuatized jackpot. The cash value of the final jackpot was $2.25 million. Lottery players won $654,544 and the remaining $1.6 million is going to be kept by the lottery commissions. Not a very good deal for the lottery players in Georgia, Virginia and Kentucky.

Lotto South- Potential New Draw Days
Ya'll seem to be missing the point, in regards to Lotto South. It was never meant to compete directly with PB/MM, which is why the Lotto South states also offer PB/MM. If they wanted Lotto South to compete with PB/MM, they would have just dropped those large jackpot games and only had Lotto South, forcing people to put all their money into Lotto South. They have both games because they're both different, exactly as they intended it to be. They know that many people don't care for the astronomi

$653,492 extra for match 5
A little bit more info about KY winners and the surrounding states in last nite's drawing (source: Wave3.com) Kentucky had three $200,000 winners, and one of those was sold in Louisville, at a Five Star Food Mart at 9501 Cane Run Road. In addition to the $200,000, that person also receives a share of the Match 5 bonus pool, which comes to another $653,492.Someone is Owensboro did even better by hitting the Power Play and winning $1,653,492.Among neighboring states, Missouri had three winners, In

Anybody playing that Match 6 in PA?
Well, since I take some of the blame for getting this going, I guess i better say something. I like Match 6, way better than Super 6, Super 7 (Absolutely never won on that), and even Wild Card Lotto. (Actually the most I ever wone with 4 numbers + the WC). Match 6 has the best overall odds (1 in 6) of any on-line draw game. The new Lucky for life maybe OK, but the odds are longer (1 in 12) than Cash 5 (1 in 9?). I sort of quit playing Cash 5, my favorite game for a number of reasons, man

Actual Lotto Winners... Anyone??
I've been lucky enough to have wins in the $50 to $100 range every now and then. It seems to run in spurts, and right now I'm on a cold streak...lol. That kind of money is just enough for more ammunition. My biggest lottery win came several years back on the old Lotto Kentucky when I had five out of six numbers for a win of $1000. I had played a $5 QuickPick. It felt good to win, but I needed the money pretty badly at the time, so it was practically already spent when I won. The experience did g

SHOCKER!! Powerball jackpot win by states
I believe that is because Indiana is the most populous original member state of Powerball. When most of the states had to choose one game or the other, the populous ones almost always stuck with their own games or picked Mega Millions. Until 2005, nine of the top thirteen most populous states offered Mega Millions. Thus, at the time, they were excluded from Powerball. Those were Texas, New York, Illinois, Ohio, Georgia, Michigan, New Jersey, Virginia, and Washington State. Only one (Pennsylvania
