Kentucky Scratch Tickets
Has anyone noticed the very low amount of winners on Ky scratch off tickets?.........I have stopped buying them because of this and so have some of my friends who played a lot..even the retailers say they are seeing much less winning tickets.......is it just us ?or have they reduced the winners?

How to pick games
Hey guys, I am wondering if you guys can help me out with trying to pick games... and figure out what I could be doing wrong. My state is Kentucky and I will go in and calculate the total number of winning tickets left and calculate the total prize money left, then I can find the average prize for a game. Then I can use the odds of winning to calculate the expected value of a lottery ticket bought. Right now the only game I see that has an expected value greater than the purchase price is Cash K

What you're calling Southern Illinois we call Yankees! I'm one county north of the Southern Seven . Residents of those counties who go to Kentucky colleges pay in-state Kentucky tuition. I'm not kidding. Have to disagree with you on the location of the winners.
