Do Quick Picks win more jackpots?
ca-dreamin* I see it as quite the opposite. when someone hits a jackpot on a QP, which is the most common, not only did they ask for the ticket the exact nano-second the loto machine spits out that set of numbers, but then those numbers are drawn. Or take the case of the guy in Indiana who played his own numbers, his five kids' birthday years, for 20 years. One day he went to play his ticket, had forgottne his glasses, and played 48 instead of 46, and won $3,000,000. That smacks of righ

Do Quick Picks win more jackpots?
Sorry Dollar419 I don't buy your theory of having to be at the right place at the right time. If I select my numbers I'll say for MM since we can both play that game......it doesn't matter if I buy my ticket today, tommorrow, Monday night or Tues. an hour before the drawing....the numbers I choose will still be the same and either they hit or they don't. I don't believe if my numbers hit it was because I bought them at 1:00pm Sunday at 7/11 instead of Tuesday at 5:00pm at the gas station on m

Hi-tech lottery vending machines- what's your take?
My good ol' Meijer (a Michigan-made Walmart with more focus on grocery) recently installed a hi-tech touchscreen lottery vending machine. When I bought my Mega Millions ticket, it got one number right (70) out of the entire MM number. However it was HORRIBLE at $1 scratch-offs! Very lucky and reliable, or does man (with help from the register) triumph over vending machine?

I tried the trick yesterday where you mark the ticket as QP but select some of your own numbers too. Pleasantly surprised to see this worked in TN ( I used the self service machine at Kroger, the fully computerized touch screen one even though I m NOT a fan of these but that s a different story) i marked the 8 and 37, plus chose quick pick as the option. I didn t win anything on this line but it s good knowing it s an option i can t believe the 2 fell as the cash ball. 2s and 4s only

Will this ticket get voided? -PA Millionaire Raffle
THe areas you have redacted (left side of ticket)- Term: (insert the # example 00315470),Then Underneath it is a series of numbers : example: 6709-000057128993-00 are considered the File number for that specific ticket. The term (aka Terminal) is the store machine # , the numbers underneath are UNIQUE to that specific paid game ticket. Given that you have kept the pasted tape over the number may be your saving grace - Despite not knowing what the actual draw # is. You can call the

So the bonus this month is 'Buy any draw game and you MAY receive a FREE C4L ticket' Well I have NEVER gotten one. But when I got my numbers tonight at a gas station I normally don't go to - I was the only one in there. There are 2 clerks behind the counter. One hands me back my tickets and says to me 'hang on...' the other says to the first 'hey give me that coupon' then I hear the lotto machine give its winning jingle!! They hand me a free qp for C4L!!! The guy says, they have been having

NY Sweet Millions
In our pool at work, we have enough players (usually 20 or more people get in the pool) that when I buy the tickets, I mark each bet slip with a different PB (or MegaBall) number so that each and every one of them is covered. That way we always have the MegaBall or The PB, and are guaranteed to win a few bucks every time we play. As for the first 5 white balls, I simply mark the QP square on the bet slip. If we ever got lucky and had two or 3 white balls on the same line that we had the winning

NY Sweet Millions
It's the 33 that's broken out with the early lead in 2014...it's been out 5 times already this year. The 27 popped too, so it's only the 2 that's yet to be drawn in 2014. No repeater last nite.... 8 20 22 27 31 33 I only had one lousy number on my ticket! (The 33, and I didnt even pick it, the machine did!)

What's with NY Sweet Million??
Here's one for ya. I just ran out and bought 3 dollars QP tonite's SM. The kid running the lotto machine says; Do you want three separate tickets, or is just one OK?' I said; What difference does that make? The kid says; I dunno, but some people are real picky when it comes to how they take their lottery tickets. They never win, so I guess it doesnt matter, but they want 'em how they want 'em, and that's how they want 'em. So, are any of you guys that picky, or is just one ticke

How does Jackpot Self Service Machine works
They're big ole vending machines. Idaho's sell all the online games (Powerball, Megamillions, Wild Card, etc.) and a bunch of scratch offs, tho not as many as the c-store counters usually sell. They also have scanners that will actually tell you the value of your ticket. The stand-alone scanners that all the stores have tell you if you have a winner, but it doesn't tell you how much. One big problem with Idaho's vending machines is that you can't tell if you can get a draw game until you put
