Hoosier Lottery $20 Lucky 7's Value Book Scratch Offs
So I am am driving through Indiana and stop for gas ( I live in Illinois) and notice in the gas station the $20 Lucky 7 Value Book. The ticket claims 75% payback. In each book you get 6 tickets for the price of 4. I guess they claim it is sort of like $5 tickets but honestly the book plays like a $20 scratch off. The payback percentage for a scratch off is actually pretty good. I noticed that there were still 2 out of 6 top prize tickets left worth $250,000. I decided to buy 5 books worth $100.

I, along with other players, have been studying the scratch-off deal in terms of odds and winners. It seems that the odds are actually much better with these games especially with the top payouts. Problem is that the good paying tickets cost $10 and up which can add up if you don't get a reasonable winner after purchasing several tickets or so. So this weekend was a championship event for an 8 ball league that I shoot in, our team went down friday evening. A significant problem is that about half of the books are in inventories at gas stations or Publix where they will never be activated because there are newer games out. I'm new to this forum and would like to pass on to those reading this a personal technique I have been using in selecting Winning scratch tickets. I'm on the Westside. As far as the Instant Liability Report, it is a report that shows the lottery the total number of prizes allocated for each prize level in a game and the total amount claimed.
