1 Million Cash Spectacular in virginia
hello all i am relatively new to this site and i have some questions. so i have been playing some scratchers in virginia where i live, mostly 1 and 2 dollar ones like blackjack and win for life and such. but i came across a 20 dollar scratcher called the 1 million cash spectacular in virginia. no there are 3 top prizes left. well the other night i played some 1 and 2 dollar scratchers and won like 60 bucks all together off of like 4 scratchers...pretty lucky so i thought i would try a 20 dol

These scratch tickets are intentional not to be a high value above a few hundred bucks. it wants to keep agriculture working and not get out of position. If you get any wealth grant. if tickets are order not to be present to the area whats done to select direct the winners and beneficiaries

that is how the Virginia Lottery Works. I enjoy driving to Virginia and only scratching off to see what letters there are. on the other hand North Carolina doesn't do this. I wish NC did though...

West Virginia - 81.25% Payout On A $1 Ticket
Go here and look for the details on the $1 ticket Lucky Dog . It put a whopping 81.25% of sales back into prizes. To put that into perspective, only one other state offers a game with an 80%+ payout, that's Massachusetts with their $10 and $20 scratch-offs. And as you've just seen, the game in WV is only $1. Just letting you know of a great deal.

Virginia Lottery Scratch Offs appear to be huge scam
I have now read not one, but two stories about how the Virginia Lottery has been sued for holding back tickets and/or not releasing all winning tickets for sale ( you can google Redskins 20 dollar ticket or VA lottery sued by Professor ) I wish I had known how they seem to be shady, because I wasted a ton of money last weekend on several tickets at two different lottery sales locations over the weekend.
