Today I bought a $ 5.00 Wheel of Fortune and lost yet again on that ticket.. I think I am about done with that game.. 2nd chance drawing I don't even care about anymore.... Just tried of losing with that game.... Plus after looking on the Illinois lottery website today... I notice out the 5 top prizes of $250,000 on it none them have been claimed... and out the 70 $10,000 prizes I think only 16 have been claimed... Then I bought 2 $2.00 Red Hot 200's and lost on both them......

Illinois $2 Cash for College
This isn't a bad idea, I'm just wondering if the $20,000 is like a Cash option, i.e., a lower value. Where is $20,000 going to pay for four years of college nowadays? Definitely not Northwestern! Cash 4 College Cost: $2 Game Number: 729 Features: WIN 4 YEARS OF PAID TUITION OR $20,000 Match any of YOUR NUMBERS to either of the WINNING NUMBERS, win PRIZE shown for that number. Get a BOOK symbol and win $25 AUTOMATICALLY! Approximate overall odds of winning (including break-e

I think I got ripped off
Unless it is different in Indiana than Illinois, which I doubt it, you do not have to enter the amount you have won, matter of fact, you can't. When I worked in the gas station and cashed in lottery tickets you just scan the ticket and put in the code. If I were you I would always ask for a winner's ticket it, has the amount that you have won, the time, and the date, after the ticket number has been put in. After they put the number in the first the machine recognizes the number and when you put

Illinois scratcher players - "Hit $100" tickets
I actually got a reply from the Illinois lottery when I asked them this question, here it is: The numbers are just fillers just there to take up the space.

Scratch-offs by the pack
Here in Illinois,i also would have to spend 300$ to buy whole pack (1$ scratch). Its very risky. for 300$ i could have 300 -1 $ stright/box for pick 4 for example.

$.50 scratch offs?
I think a $.50 scratch off. Would be a good idea and a bad idea because in some states it would go over good but then some states I don't think it would go in some states like here in Illinois I don't think it would go over very good because the Higher price tickets like the $20.00 tickets are really in demand right now. But they might good over in other states. Plus another bad thing about a $.50 scratch off you talking 600 tickets a book that is a lot of scratching for people who buys a book

Instant Game Prices.
YOu guys want everything huh. Big huge prizes on cheap 2 and 5 buck tickets. Seriously there is plenty of demand for 20 and 30 buck tickets. Just cause you play small doesnt mean everyone should. I prefer to play only the 5 buck and 10 buck games in ILLinois as those are the games with the highest payout % and the games that realistically give me the chance to win a nice prize without amazing odds. You guys want a million dollar game on a 2 buck ticket, good luck, those odds would be millio

$30 Scratcher
You guys have it all wrong with wanting a 30 buck scratch off to have a 10 million dollar prize. I would rather have ten 1 million dollar prizes offered at reasonable odds then one ten million dollar prize at horrible odds. You guys complain that the 30 dollar ticket you bought was a loser, but do you know how many 30 dollar losers would have to be sold to pay for that ten million dollar winner> This is where some lotteries need to change. They sell the hype of the big jackpost when they
