I honestly believe that these states have gone to computer generated drawings to make it easier for them to cheat. I don't think it is so much an individual doing it, but it is the management companies manipulating the results to show that they are profitable. They make a lot of money managing these lotteries and the more revenue they pull in the more they make. Illinois also has a front pair and back pair option, it would only take 4 lines to play a pair front and back and either order. But you loose when the pair splits. I was thinking I had something worthwhile, but I'm not beating the odds on picking a pair by as much as I thought. Back to the drawing board. Wait a minute, I need to look at this again, may be something there after all. Thanks all!

A few years ago I read about a guy who sued the Illinois lottery because he read that a number of major prizes in a scratch-off games weren't payout out yet and he brought as many of the unsold scratch-offs as he could find figuring he couldn't lose money but he did and was pissed. ca-dreamin, You're lucky Illinois lottery maintain records of all their drawing at the website, Ohio only keep the last six months or the length of time a ticket is still good. If I didn't keep my own records, I would have no way of going back and building them up from information on their website. At least if you ever decide go back and reconstruct records from a year or two back, the information is there.
