What Book Should I Buy Next?
I am in Illinois and after a nice $7,000 score I am going to buy another book of lottery tickets to scratch on youtube for those that subscribe to me. I have four options I am interested in buying. Can you cash a $500 prize at a self-serve vending machine? Here in Illinois, the max you can claim is 20$, even thou they sell 30$ tickets, you can't cash one in. They have new machines waiting to be installed in all the stores I've seen. but they haven't yet. Maybe they can handle a larger payout. As for the thief, they might work at a vendor location or know a person that works there. Here, most places tear up the winning tickets and pitch them, so ne need for the original tick

I have not been playing much lately and dont find the new Illinois games all that appealing Smaller jackpots then before and worse odds. Take at look at how 100x game went from winning $4,000,000 to now just winning $2,000,000 as grand prize. Most of the grand prizes have been halved or decreased across board. Some games are just outright putrid IMO liek the $20 game with top prize of $1,000 The scratch off scandals and crappy selection newer tickets has decreased my interest in scratch

The company in charge of the Illinois Lotto is currently being sued for similar practices. Saw the article on this website. Check it out. I email my District Office about the Rep pulling the $2MJ from one store the day before I got there. He replied twice with some interesting info. He too seemed slightly ignorant of some of the scratch off practices.
