Florida announces Lucky Lines will be replacedReply
The reason Lucky Lines is being discontinued on May 14th is because it was not popular enough (the reason most games are dropped or replaced), bringing in only $70 million since introduction. The question remaining is if the current Florida Lottery game Mega Money will end sometime this year after Mega Millions starts in May. Mega Money is one of the lower revenue generators for Florida.

Purchased a $1 lucky spot and list, a $1 2,000 spin and hit 3$ (2 out of four matches lol for 1 and 2 dollars) and a mega millions QP that lost big time. Not a single number and no mega ball. The match 6 is up to 1.7 Mill so I'm going to be playing that on thursday!

almost winning the 2nd biggest mega millions jackpot on Jan 4th 2011 was my biggest upset! If I would have played a number that kept ringing in my head but didnt chose it, I would have a million! and if I had just moved that 42 over to the mega ball it would have been split 3 ways on that day instead of 2. ILLotteryman, I decided it was time for a much needed break from playing..... But I did play 3 Cash Spectacular on Saturday 002 auto symbol for $10 winner. New Vending machines in Illinois
Just wondering what other Illinois players think of the new vending machines.... I think they are kinda of neat..... Being able to buy my lotto, mega millions, powerball etc.... And not worring about the clerk messing up what you want.... Another plus is you are able to check your scratch off tickets on them to see if they are a winner....... The only 2 things I don't like about them is the took the one shot button off them and you can't buy like your 50 cent pick 3 or pick 4 on them....

9 times out of 10, I usually get cash if I want to. I think it mostly depends on the mood and disposition of the clerk. Honestly, I am always buying Powerball, Mega Millions or Tennessee Cash tickets anyway so usually I will turn my 'TICKET' winners in for one or 2 of those. If it is a $5 scratch off, for example, and I take 2 Powerball tickets, I will request the rest in cash sometimes and I have never had a problem with that from a clerk. Yes, it might be - and a dollar is less to spend. I try Powerball and Mega Millions and just rarely get a small win, though. I'll try the new tickets again tonight, but how much more would you recommend to spend? These rolls at Wawa might be bad rolls.

I did end up playing Mega Millions, and I used the megaplier on 5 out of 6 tickets. I got the gold ball on two of them, one with megaplier($8) and one without($2). I would have made $16 if I had used megaplier on both, instead of $10. If you do decide to play Mega Millions, I would use the Megaplier. No, not Powerball or Mega Millions. Those have jackpot odds of 1 in 195,249,054 and 1 in 175,711,536, respectively. Those are astronomical odds. I have hit 3 out of 5 on Fantasy 5 a few times, but this is the first time that I had 4 out of 5 numbers, but I did not play them. I don't have a playslip, but I do have a file with a timestamp to prove this. Although Fantasy 5 might only pay out $50,000 to $500,000 on average, it has jackpot odds of 1 in 575,757.
