PA & NJ discarded lottery tickets
Does any one know of any places in PA (Bucks County) and NJ (Burlington County) that has boxes or bins (not trash cans) inside where customers can toss their non winning tickets in after they scratch them off or check to see if their winners? I collect them to enter into the second chance lottery. If anyone knows of any laces please let me know! Thanks and good luck to all!

*IMPORTANT* NYS Lottery NEW LAW winding through Legislation will change Scratch offs as we know it
I started a crusade back in 2015 about scratch off's being destroyed from retailers who changed ownership, went out of business, was temp. suspended etc. These tickets would get destroyed and we never had the chance to buy them.
