There must be some advantage to the lottery, otherwise they wouldn't do it that way. But what the advantage is I can't really work out mathematically. Maybe having 43 second place winners in last Saturday's PB offers some insight. 25.5 million tickets were sold, so with the odds of winning the 2nd place prize at about 1 in 11.688 million 2.2 winners would have been statistically normal. Personally I am glad that if they do not wear a mask they will pay the ultimate price for it since a world without them is a better world. 1 away are the 10 to 12 numbers on either side of the drawn numbers. A 1 or 47 can only have a 2 or 46 that is 1 away , for example. Will you share your math that gets you 1 away ? Thanks for your post. I've been looking for the official rules for C4L on The NY Lottery's website but I didn't have any luck finding them there. I should have been looking on New Jersey's website because NJ is the flagship lottery for C4L. The drawings are held in Jersey. aw i am waiting to have my 1st ha hai hear grand-children are the best, i believe it too lol so 1 day i will, enjoy a nice day out at the pool.
