With the $5 ticket, I feel like they've took a risk. The chances of hitting the top jackpot is bad compared to $5 games we've seen recently, however, the chances of hitting $5k might be one of the best we've seen (since the existence of scratchoff tickets, can a veteran confirm?) 1 in 30k for a $5k prize on a $5 ticket would be a pretty nice hit.
