California: 1/1 - 1/31/2015
Okay, it's time for a cuss word. Someone tell me what the F*** is up with CA D3?!? Out of the last FIFTY singles plays, we've had five EEEs, two +3s, and only ONE each of series and OOOs. 20% of the last fifty plays in those four categories, despite the fact they make up 1/3rd of all singles plays. The deficit is bigger when you go down from there: each make up almost 8.5% of the available singles pool. OOOs and series alone stand at 2% of the last fifty singles played. A

Which method you choose in the pick 6 lotteries ?
If you're open to learning another language, I recommend C++. I learned Basic and Visual Basic my junior year of high school, and I actually wrote my first lottery program using Visual Basic. As I've said before, my computer program is basically a quick pick generator that tests the sets that it generates using past drawing information, thus relying on elimination to improve my odds, instead of using formulas to pick the right numbers . Now, we're talking about a Pick 6/48 game. That's a tota

Monopoly Millionaires game
Tell me about it! I haven't heard of +EV scenario like this since the Massachusetts Cash WinFall ordeal. Wish I was closer to PA; I would've dropped a couple thousand or rounded up some investors to put the Law of Large Numbers to test. All in hindsight though, since I didn't believe they would actually pay an excess. @Ron As for where the funds came from, PA Lottery likely just absorbed the loss as cost of doing business. It's also possible the funds came from a designated marketin

PA Raffle Countdown to 500,000 ...
GiveFive ... that's a great idea with the raffle pool and since the driving distance doesn't seem to matter either way ... to Conn or PA, then go with the odds. I have played every PA raffle since it started, with a couple of tickets one year from the Michigan raffle ... have never won even the lower prize, $100. I go with the odds but it's still tough to make a buck. As in any game ... I'm sure there have been many people who have never played the lottery or bought a raffle ticket before and

Powerball Matrix Change - April 15, 2015
I was like Wait a sec, 2nd draw? That sounds more like some sort of raffle? Your right this 2nd draw chance thing is confusing even me. I don't like them removing current amount that goes to jackpot prize pool! I think there taking money away form base game to pay for 3 dollar Multiplier game + 2nd whatever draw. NOT COOL to steal form base game to pay for the 1 dollar add on game. Now I do like bigger jackpots... I always been on side of inflation will always happens and you

Monopoly Millionaires game
While we're on the subject of temptation.............. I've been tempted to do something since last summer. It's totally unrelated to MMC, and has to do with scratch off's. I almost did it last summer, but a medical problem sidelined me for three months, and I found myself out of work. So I put the idea on the shelf. Now that I'm in good health and back to work, I am sorely tempted to try what I'm about to describe. I've never plunked down 500 bucks on any kind of lottery ticket, but I mi

Lottery syndicates online
From what has been posted about el gordo in the new forums, perhaps a share is a portion of line. So for instance if you have a syndicate of 20 people and There are ten lines. So there for each line is shared by two people. If the jackpot is say ten thousand dollars and your line wins, then you only get $5000 dollars. Just speculating. There is another website that is competing with this website that offers the abilility to create your own pool. However that website is cens
