How Many Drawings in a Row?
That would depend on how many balls are in the pool and how many are drawn. I use statistical tests to determine significance, and you would be surprised how many times a number can repeat/out before it is considered non-random. It's usually a large number.
Example:
1000 draws for 1 of 10 (when I say 1 of 10, I mean i.e. the first position in Pick 3)
If a ball appears =140 times or = 60 times it is pretty close to significant. Any number of times in between and it's normal!
Note that

How BIG can a lottery pool be?
I don't get it. What would be the incentive to buy the ticket at cash value?
10/12/13 MM advertised $22 mil JP, $15 mil cash value
Pool of 1500 people kick in $10k apiece to get $10k back from lottery immediately OR get 1/1500th of the annuity of $846,154. At $564.10 per year, you don't don't get your $10k back until year 18. The 26 payments will get you a total of $14,666.60 for an annualized return of 1.48%. Oh, and that's assuming that your belief that somehow this dodges taxes is

Beware Of The Halloween Millions (Millionaire) Raffle!
My curiosity was peaked when I reviewed the payouts for the upcoming INDIANA HALLOWEEN MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE. A minimum of 2 $1,000,000 prizes will be awarded nationally, and one $50,000 prize awarded to each state that does not have a $1,000,000 winner. Tickets are $10 each. Odds are based on number of tickets sold, however odds cannot be given because there is not a limit on the number of raffle tickets that can be sold! WHAT? Doesn't a raffle usually consist of a set number of tickets, thus know

Talk about W-I-D-T-H-S
Its good to hear from you adobea
digit difference 3 and 3 on the chart and form a $string(maintain the positions). So for a draw 258, am playing 3,3 section of the pool corresponding to 3576835768. % data are usually broad, discrete values in random events is optimal(the downside is impatience and discipline).
Wish i could elaborate more data's that way haha, anyway kudos on your strings I always take a good look at them before my final picks..

COMPUTERIZED DRAWING GLITCH STRIKES ARIZONA LOTTERY
They're keeping the money where they want it in 2013..all players might not have won in the problem time
frame. How many do you think will win on the day their replacement drawing is conducted? How many qp's
are going to be from a losing pool? They stand to keep more money doing the way they're doing it.
To be sincere and make things right, they should give the players the 8's and 9's they played plus a quick pick on top of it.
Wouldn't that be a first? An organization that wants to

Do you consider playing the Lottery religiously a form of an addiction?
There is no way to avoid addiction.
Not in this life or the next.
I compulsively go to work everyday for 8 hours due to my obession with money..
When I work good I get a raise.
When I work bad I go on probation or eventually get fired.
I cant control working more when they offer overtime.
I will win the lottery by being in the office pool, SOMEDAY.

Take5 NY
Here's the low-down about that fancy Park Ave bar....
I saw my daughter's picture on Facebook (I'm totally amazed that she's even friends with me on FB) and the caption below it said Me and Katie at Gansvoort Park So I thought to myself; Huh. There must be some park in NYC called Gansvoort and they got a bar there. I never heard of a Gansvoort Park in NYC though.
Well, a few days later, I'm watchin' the 6 oclock NYC TV news, and lo and behold, they have a TV Reporter at The Gansvoort Hotel
