The Color of Money (New Scratch-FL Lottery)
Grabbed about 10 color of money and 5 Silver 7. Color of Money won 4 out of the 10. Two of those hit for 20.00 each, tickets 002 and 005. I hit fresh rolls so grabbed 000, 001 and 002 hit and on the other side of the ITVM had to chase a win 000, 001, 002,003, 004 and finally 005 hit. Silver 7 won 2 out of 5. One for 5.00 and the other one doubled for 10.00 One thing I noticed is the ITVM's are setup now with two slots for Color of Money where 200Million Spectacular were and Silver 7's a

Lottery Savings Account
I suspect the account is rather like a Christmas club account that doesn't pay interest, heck most savings accounts don't pay any interest to speak of in the one percent range. I also figure you set the amount and it's a done deal, not where you can change the amount as the jackpot goes up or down. That said, there are a few advantages over alternatives. When a wheel is played on a regular basis, lowering the amount played to save money wipes out the wheel's guarantee because all its

Lucky $200,000 for Life (Florida Lottery $20)
I'm still playing this one a little bit, but seem to have better luck still with the BDB even tho it has 65million tickets. All the prizes will be within the 30million ticket print total for Lucky200,000. I got the numbers from the FL state rules website on the game 250 POOLS OF 120,000 TICKETS PER POOL I'm never giving up, hoping to win but need to get the spending down and if I'm going to win, I'll win out of x dollars a month spent. Can't go over that set amount but so far it has been

prize pool allocations
oh ill go find the % of ticket purchases spent back on prizes, i stumbled upon this link, but im sure ive seen the other info its in separate pdf's for our powerball, but all except pools are same, %60 the pools puts %50 of ticket of purchases to prizes 10.2. 60% of the total entry fees received for each draw (or such greater amount as SA Lotteries determines) will be allocated as the prize pool. so 24c on every dollar bet on powerball goes to jackpot

Turn a Lottery Post loser into a Powerball Winner
I don't feel anyone really got the meaning of this post - obviously by eliminating numbers or groups of numbers - you narrow down your pool - increasing your odds of trapping the right number when it falls within the restraints. While at the same time assuring you won't hit when it fails to fall within the restraints. But the real point was to examine how it's possible to decrease the number playable combinations, while also increasing the odds someone from a group would hit the right number.

Statistics around the balance of even/odd and small/big numbers
Don Catlin did a good job of addressing something totally different. His article is his take on playing sum totals. I see nothing in that article dealing with probablity of odd/even numbers or high/low numbers which is the discussion in this thread. Don is talking about drawing 5 white balls, numbered 1 to 53 from one hopper, and 1 red ball from a pool numbered 1 to 42 from another. He makes no attempt to examine the possibilities of odd/even or high/low balls being drawn. Now, if you read

Looking at the past NY Mega Millions Winners and I noticed something...
I was at a NY lottery headquarters buying tickets for the New Years Eve drawing, and I asked for a QP with 26 payments, so the clerk says to me, Why do you want to wait for your money? I told him that I might have a better chance to win with a 26 annual payment ticket because they might not want to pay out a big lump sum, and the computer might be set to pick a winner from the 26 annual payment pool of tickets. At that point, the clerk started to say That money comes from..... but then he stoppe

Christmastime battle over lottery jackpot
i used to run 3 pools! i still run 1 but its only family so its all good, and im in one that i started but someone else now runs. yeah i must say it is pretty much not worth the effort., a thankless task running the show where people try everything to avoid paying up, and howl like wolves if they miss out on a prize. oh and tel lyou how to do things, i always say start you're own pool if you dont like how its ran, that usually shuts people up. im guessing it would have been

Lottery Pool Glitch
So glad to hear that everything worked out for your group. As long as you keep it real with the members, the members will keep it real with you. Used to be part of a group at work and it became too much of a dictatorship so I opted to bow out instead of continuing. All suggestions were always rejected and only certain members could make up their numbers where others could not. Last I heard the group faded in to nothinng because the interest was only surface dressing until the jackpot

Pure unadulterated baloney from Steve Player
So according to you Quick Picks are a system. Your comment Richard's 10 poles aren't going to do him any good if there are no fish there. is lacking every logic, any logic (and especially since you throw in the part IF there are no fish there ), since this is the lottery, and the pool of fish is exactly the same, it is identical for both the person who buys 10 quick picks and the person who plays 1 betting slip with own chosen numbers. It is really quite simple. Person A, blindfolded, t
