I am not exactly sure what you mean by one element samplings, but it sounds like you are saying that you need 187 drawing for all numbers to be drawn at least once. Every number should appear at least once in this 5/43 sample size of 187 draws. It's random of course and possible that some numbers will not show in that time. But Take Mega Millions for example. Might as well use the full data set of approx 305 games, then limit yourself to 187 draws in that particular game. There
