Which is the Smarter Bet?
The PTB are the ones expecting. Boise's housing market hasn't been hit as hard as some because we're a growing community. New homes are overbuilt here, but sales continue, and they expect the slack to be taken up by spring. If the house ain't worth $400K at the time they transfer it to the winner, then you'd only pay taxes on the actual value. So if you put it on the market and get offers of only $350K then you take the offer and pay taxes on the $350K. Yeah, your profit would be less,

Which is the Smarter Bet?
St. Jude's just announced a new Dream Home raffle here in SW Idaho. Over in Star for those of you in the area. Anyway, they're selling 7,777 tickets at $100 each and the winner gets a $400,000 home. Suppose I couldn't afford to keep the house (pay income taxes on the $400K, increased property taxes, etc.) and would have to sell it. Real estate is in the dumper here right now, but it's expected to pick up by spring and the house won't be given away till June, so it should sell fairly easil

GOOD Read ,,
http://www.sacred-texts.com/grim/magus/ma139.htm THE Pythagorians call the number Four, Tectractis, and prefer it before all the virtues of numbers, because it is the foundation and root of all other numbers Also, the year is divided into four parts, which are the spring, summer, autumn, and winter:--also the wind is divided into eastern, western, northern, and southern. There are, also, four rivers in Paradise; and so many infernal. Also, the number four makes p. 110 up all kno

Why do people try to justify their desire to win the Lottery?
Yeah, that is in silver spring md. 37 seconds out of where I am in Rockville. But you know what really bothers me, is that all this poison is coming from China. The toothpaste is from China and last week, we lost a cAoKatiel named Manolito, he was only 6 years old! We think it was something he ate, maybe the gluten, something on a fruit stick from Germany, they are supposedly baked three times. When the little angel started showing symptoms we tried everything to help to no avail. Needless

N.C. Lottery sales follow expected decline pattern
A pick 3 game is scheduled to launch next spring. SC will continue to get NC's pick 3 and some Poweball players with an attitude that I might as well put Powerball in while I'm playing Pick 3 in SC and get a few scratch offs (they pay higher) while I'm standing in line and save a stop. Pick 3 being the draw to SC. The last time I went to SC, there were signs posted that SC had higher payout for scratch offs. Until NC give lottery players what they want, SC will still get a piece of th
