St. Jude's just announced a new Dream Home raffle here in SW Idaho. Over in Star for those of you in the area. Anyway, they're selling 7,777 tickets at $100 each and the winner gets a $400,000 home. Suppose I couldn't afford to keep the house (pay income taxes on the $400K, increased property taxes, etc.) and would have to sell it.
