DUH! Did people not know that is how they at the lottery commission determine what time, date, and what store the ticket was purchased from? What did people think those # meant on the ticket??????

Lottery 'winner' sues for $63M
THis guy is lying. I purchased that ticket and I notified the NY Lottery after it was stolen from my home. I also notified them of the exact date and approximate time the ticket was purchased and it was not on December 24, 2002 as stated by the NY Lottery Director on August 19, 2003. He must be a part of the scheme.

Last night was the fourth consecutive Take5 drawing where there was no jackpot winner. (Friday 11/29/19 was the last date there was a winner, where one player won $64,548) Recently, I became curious about the number of jackpot winners. Time/Date winning tickets bought?
Does anyone have this information? I have looked everywhere haven't been able to find it! Question: What time and/or day (2 days before at 11:13am, day of drawing at 5;08pm, etc) was the winning ticket(s) for jackpots (Mega Powerball) purchased? Finding a lottery ticket
I just checked a couple tickets I bought in Nov. One was purchased on Nov 9, and only the date is printed along with the draw number and the amount of the tic. It's printed right in the middle of the tic. The tics I bought on Monday have the same thing, but they also have the date and time printed at the top of the ticket right below the game it is for.
