Drawings are held in Des Moines, Iowa. I could not find any link to watch the drawings on either the PA lottery site OR the official Millionaire for Life site. Not sure how having no draw videos is going to help sales... glad I skipped the opening draw. All of the day drawn games in PA are computer generated, they still take the time to produce the animation for each draw.

For several days now the Delaware Lottery has not been able to post the winning numbers on the website for hours. The numbers are not available on the phone line either. It would be interesting to see how many States that currently offer Lucky For Life or Cash4Life will drop out and not offer the Millionaire For Life game.
