How BIG can a lottery pool be?
....Now, why on earth would you even consider being in a pool with that many people in the first place ? Pool is not the place to be.... well save some small exceptions family...and perhaps if you realy are close with some your co-workers/best friends. I could not do it...I mean 3 is the maximum for me right now any how. Not really a pool as just who ever buys a random ticket an wins we will share 3 ways. _______________ saveyourheritagecom totalfascism.com justice4germa

Salon lottery winners settle dispute
TRUST AND VERIFY ...always get a copy of all the tickets purchased for the pool. ...always get the names of everyone participating in the pool. ...always get the amount contributed by each member. ...always get and document the number of shares puchased by each member. Failure to follow these guidelines, will potentially elevate you to the status of SUCKER OF THE CENTURY, if your pool happens to win. Those who fail to learn from history, are bound to repeat it.

Salon lottery winners settle dispute
I make copies at work and pass them out at work, According to the one who bought the ticket, they did know which tickets were part of the pool. All the circumstances surrounding this story are weird and it includes the settlement. Had that woman brought her winning ticket to the Hoosier Lottery headquarters, she would have claimed her money no questions asked. Instead, she went to the salon first and told them their pool didn't win, but she did. That's when they decided to file a court

Lottery Club in USA
A lottery club would be also a group of people trying to master random and get rich. I would go out on a limb and say a lottery club is a group of people interested in the game. A lottery pool would just be a group of people trying to get rich who dont really have any interest in the game at all. In a pool generally the only one who is interested in the game is the person who collects the money. Everybody else is just interested in winning, and only cough up dough when the greed factor

Lottery Pool Management - best practices?
Hi Guys, New member to the site. I've been playing the lotto for years and recently my office has decided to start playing as a group. For some reason or another, I was tasked with managing our pool. We are going to play a couple different games and have a couple different buy-in amounts. I'm looking for suggestions and ideas to accomplish a couple things; 1) whats the best way to manage it? 2) how can I make sure its fair for everyone? 3) any ideas for making it fun and keeping e

Does anyone want to be in a pool with me? lol.
Ah.... wait. Did I say, Does anyone want to be in a pool with me? lol. YES I DID. I recently posted that I was spending $450. per month on PB and MM. Ah.... but wait. I changed my mind. I only want to play 1 MM card and 1 PB card for a total of $150. per month. But here's the conundrum. I don't have the same numbers on both cards and what if I hit on the WRONG GAME!!!! Yeah, exactly. So if anyone here wants to play the same numbers (guaranteed to eventually win) on the opposite ga

Idaho: 5/1 - 5/31/2012
GGStar ,this topic is well active and may be considered a quality one too,but you are seems the only player involved and play ID Pick 3 is not play the guitar.Minimal wager $1 is one thing ,wagering multiple to $1 is a BAD TROUBLE.... I would dare to invite you focussing on few things: 1/the pool of 20 boxes is now on current skip 8 draws and seen the nature of this pool there's NO reason not to expect a hit in the next 2 draws,it's literally today and lets respect the skip10 (hit occurs i

48 Philly transit workers win $172M Powerball jackpot
Things happened because of a sequence of events, that led to this pool of workers to be at the right place and the right time. Had there been just 5 members in this pool, this would have created a new sequence of events which would have thrown off the timing of who ever was responsible for buying the tickets at this lucky location. Being a few minutes or even a few seconds earlier or later would have been enough to invalidate their number from coming up. (I'm assuming QP's here). Maybe

In group lottery wins, splitting the spoils tough
MississippiMudd, You should be OK with three people. When the Mirage first opened there was a guy running tickets for a very large pool. He'd make trips to Nipton and took a steno pad with him full of people's names and numbers to play. He was in that little lotto place in Nipton one time and some Nervada Gaming Commission agents busted him. I don't know how they had any authority in California but they quoted some Nevada law that makes it illegal to be a lottery agent running tickets f
