....Now, why on earth would you even consider being in a pool with that many people in the first place ? Pool is not the place to be.... well save some small exceptions family...and perhaps if you realy are close with some your co-workers/best friends. TRUST AND VERIFY ...always get a copy of all the tickets purchased for the pool. ...always get the names of everyone participating in the pool. ...always get the amount contributed by each member. ...always get and document the number of shares puchased by each member. All the circumstances surrounding this story are weird and it includes the settlement. A lottery pool would just be a group of people trying to get rich who dont really have any interest in the game at all. Had there been just 5 members in this pool, this would have created a new sequence of events which would have thrown off the timing of who ever was responsible for buying the tickets at this lucky location.
