468 pool 3918257406?
Mirrors,totals,adjacents?
755. Pool 8950261473. How are these generated? You mention pools but do not show how you generate them. Are the 8,9 adjacent numbers to 7 and a repeat of 5 and a mirror.

The most consistent and reliable filter in Pick 3
There's nothing new under the sun with regard to filters. The basic information is Pick 3, Pick 4 has 10 members in a pool with the condition of 'digit replacement' with the premise of randomness. Filters are not just conditions like 'odd, even, Low, High etc, there should be an ideal or concept even before filters.
Consider the ten balls having the SAME COLORS (UNITARY), meaning a single or uniform entity, how do you separate the 'odds from even, low from high? Be mindful that digits are assi

Question Regarding The Odds of The Pennsylvania Millionaire Raffle
To me, the above explanation makes the most sense.
The first four unique eight-digit numbers drawn will be the first-prize-tier winning numbers. A player may win only one time on each ticket. So that means after each one is drawn, it is no longer eligible to win any other prize.
Sure, from a mathematical calculations stand point, 4/500,000 yields the same results as 1/125,000. But, assuming all 500,000 tickets are sold, after the first ticket number has been drawn and is removed from the

Interesting happening within our lottery-pool at work... no not really
How in the heck do you only win back $7 on $3,000 worth of tickets?! That is 1500 tickets!!! If this pool was smart they would have evenly split the tickets between each possible powerball. This means they should have bought 55 tickets on powerball number 1, 55 tickets on powerball number 2, all the way up to 26. This would guarantee that they would have hit the powerball on 55 tickets which pays out $4.00 = $220.00 minimum return.
Does not sound like a pool I would want to be involved with!

$800 MILLION: Powerball lottery jackpot approaches billion-dollar range
You did not read the article. You really should, because you are incorrect.
That article you linked even contains information that contradicts what you said:
As measured by the total prize payout, the Spanish Christmas Lottery is considered the biggest lottery worldwide.
Total prize payout is a prize pool, not a jackpot. Even the top prize in El Gordo is a prize pool split by hundreds of people, not a jackpot. And although El Gordo is commonly referred to as a lottery , it is actually

Do you think Powerball will go to a billion dollars?
well conservative to say 700M tickets
With the old matrix about 64 cents from each ticket went to the jackpot prize pool. That's close enough to the cash/annuity ratio that figuring each dollar of advertised annuity required selling one ticket was a really simple way of being fairly close to the real number. I knew they changed that figure a bit with the new matrix, but I just double checked and it's a bigger change than I thought. Each ticket now contributes about 68 cents towards the jack

What do you use for statistical analysis?
I don't use percentages to bet. Show this as proof instead of just stating that 0,4,5,9 hits in 78 % of draws I don't buy it. You use 78 % of the pool of 1000 numbers but due to repeats, trends etc these percentages don't hold true. What is available in the 1000 possibilities and what hits over a span of time are two different things. Go to lotsoft program and analye any state and you will find combinations that have a 0,4,5,9 digit and they are out several draws ,so this is proof these digits t

$50 million Lotto Max winners finally revealed after 2-year fight to remain anonymous
Welcome to LP. I see this is your Ist post and quite an emotional one for you. Since you like RULES so much, how come you did not bother with the nuances and complexities of participating in a pool. I'll just make it very simple for you. If you want to join a pool, get the copies of the tickets, the names of the participants and the amount they contributed and the store where the ticket was purchased prior to the draw. There is a whole lot more to what else you can do. Lotteries also move the go

RIP Gail Howard
This is the downside of picking numbers for a lottery pool. You get people mad at you if you don't win and then you get people mad at you 'cause you didn't win enough!
Pair that with the problems of collecting the money every week and its a job I wouldn't take on for anything, in spite of the advantages of being able to wheel a larger pool of numbers and play more tickets.
Good to hear you got a big win with Gail's software.
