Back with a vengeance
Hey QM, I know me and you don't really get along since the last dispute but lets look past that. I have formulas, you have formulas. Why don't you and I help each other out to find the next winning numbers for our states ? You know, we can talk over differnet strategies, trends, connectors and hopefully plugg in the last drawn number with formulas more efficiently. It's up to you. I think two heads are better than one. And I have mirror strategis that create new winning numbers a lot. M

Three women vying for ownership of $1 million lottery ticket
Why should they need a sign? If it's not your property you have no right to take it without permission. Stack's post about the law regarding search and seizure tpuches on that. Here's part of what he didn't quote: If the police come knocking on your door without a warrant, they can t use the abandoned property or garbage exception to search the trash bins in your house. The store may not care and they may not stop you if you don't ask, but the trash belongs to the store and is entitled to the sa

Returning a lotto ticket.
You speak the truth Coin Toss. When claiming a second prize for Powerball a few years back, I presented my signed ticket with photo I.D., and SS#. The first question they asked was where did you purchase your ticket? A person who legitimately purchased a winning ticket should remember these security issues upon reporting it lost. The lottery ticket is a bearer instrument. Unlike currency however, if you could prove the time/date/location and other pertinent information abou

Powerball multi-state lottery to raise prices, jackpots
You say there were 8 individuals who won jackpots and 4 groups that won jackpots in 2011. And from that you say you were overwhelmingly more likely to win a jackpot if you were in a group? The number of people in the groups is irrelevant, we're talking about winning jackpots. Doesn't matter if there were thousands in the groups. There were 12 jackpots won. Eight were won by individuals, four were won by groups. That's a 2 to 1 advantage for individuals over groups where I

Reduce your odds 72% and double your payouts System.
So temptustoo.... you do see the value in the System itself right? Timing and reduced odds etc etc. You don't dispute the reduced odds and increased chances do you? Elks Club members in fight over $21M lottery win
When the jackpot is high, somebody will ask other people to put in $5 or $10 along with them so they have more chances to win the jackpot and any winnings will be split among all the players. If they get 9 other players and they all put in $10, one of them will buy $100 worth of tickets. That is the easy way to run a pool and the only dispute would be if the jackpot rolls and somebody in the previous pool was left out. They probably wouldn't have any legal standing because another pool was c

members that are missed or you haven't seen post in a while
In all seriousness now. With as many people that visit lottery post this place should be buzzing with activity. Probably many of them do not post is for many of the reasons mentioned here. Coming under attack , having to defend what you post , prove it etc, etc. There are possibly many who have winning syatems or ideas but do not post for the reasons mentioned. They may read thru old postings and see what goes on and do not bother. This is the lottery why attack someone if they

Lottery Gangsters
why would the lottery ask how you pick your numbers to win at the game? Why would anyone ask what do you do for a living? or where did you buy that nice suit? The people who work at the Lottery Office were probably just being friendly or making small talk when they asked that question. The fact that people here actually think they are watching us and care means that some of you sincerely believe you have the secret to win a large jackpot. There have been several winners who wo

if you found a winning ticket that wasn't yours
That's the point I was trying to make; if they knew the ticket was a winner, they should have signed the back and how could anybody claim they lost an unsigned winning ticket before the drawing? I'm pretty sure that most stores selling lottery tickets have waste basket full of losing tickets after players checked the results of the draw. If a clerk decided to go through the trash and found a winning ticket, they found an unsigned discarded ticket. Don't you give up ownership when you discard

Help organizing a work pool and forming a contract
What worked best for the pool I ran was this: 1) All money was due the last week of the month for the next month; if you did not pay, you did not play. However, I personally would put in money for the first drawing only for those who could not be found during money collection time and each and every time they reimbursed me. I was never burned. We had 8-21 members in our pool depending. 2) Everyone received a photocopy of the tickets before the drawing so there was no dispute about which
