Powerplay 10X (2nd Poll)
I think the lack of second place winners has more to do with the new matrix than with some sort of statistical correction. And at least one of those times last year was due to the fortune cookie fluke.
As for offering 10 X's on a regular basis. They will do it if they see a significant increase in Powerplay revenue but given the jackpot numbers I see (or more appropriately the cash value numbers I see) I doubt if that's really happening. The bottom line is if the incoming revenue is signi

playing 6 digits in the Pick 3
Thanks CalifDude.
I see you chose every other one from the top down.
Just to be contraire, and based on a graph I'm watching, ( which has dropped to the low end as of the last draw) I'll take the small numbers....
0, 1, 2, 3, 4
thanks for the correction, paurthe. seven numbers does give 35 possible combos.

Tenn. Lottery officials give no details on harassment allegations
Tennessee Lottery officials aren't sharing documents and other details about former state treasurer Steve Adams stepping down as the lottery's chief administrative officer following an investigation into allegations of workplace harassment.Lottery spokeswoman Kym Gerlock refused Friday to give any details of the allegations, which were investigated internally by the Tennessee Lottery general counsel. She cited attorney-client privilege and an interest in protecting the identities of the employee

What's a lottery expert?

That means I want to know what you are not doing and what you are doing to make those wins possible.I don't play 3 4 digit games. I did try to play on paper and did manage to beat the past history of the PA pick3 with 8 different 1-1-1 type formulas but that was over several decades and hindsight is always 20/20. THere were gaps between wins of up to 2

What a program needs to be good ...
I have to agree with RJOH, it is very important to keep the effort of input (from a very large database) very low. The ability to import ascii, or tab delimited data into a program keeps effort to a minimum. The ability to modify a program's algorithms is also a must in any numerical prediction program. As any serious lottery player will expound on at length, we like to modify. If we didn't, we wouldn't be looking to others for their strategies.Perhaps, for the more ambitious amongst us, you coul

Lottery theft suspects get only a ticket to jail
With more than 70 court appearances in his 25 years on Earth, you'd think that William Michael Lomas would have figured out that he's not all that good at getting away with anything. Maybe it's just bad luck he keeps getting caught. Either way, he might have decided to take luck into his own hands when he allegedly broke into the South Wellfleet General Store May 11 with two other men and took the cash register and 24 books of lottery scratch tickets, with as many as 200 tickets in each book.Pol

PB picks for 6/11
Still tweaking the sheet, the best thing about excel is that you can SEE everything... and you can FILTER everything (such as just draws under $30,000,000 or just draws that happened on a saturday or wednesday) I use colors to help separate the numeric data I'm after (conditional formatting, background colors etc...).I have tried things like counting odds/evens or decades, but there really is no way to decode them back into a useful and SMALL pool of numbers. I had been playing four lines for th
