Celestial coordinates, moon phases and lottery numbers
Jack, I've been following your posts with regards to celestial events and lottery draws with great interest. Now my interest has been rekindled and I've been trying to find my old notes to resurrect this idea which would be much simpler to handle with Excel, and far less time consuming....I put together a system back in 1985 based on numbers drawn within so many days of the full and new moons. I didn't get into the times and degrees and such but the results were outstanding. It got to a point wh

Ohio Pick 5 Number Strategy
There are (two) -MEDIAN MATRIX- possibilities, (-C, and -D), as displayed below. The one on the left is -C mode, the one on the right is -D mode. There is only one reason for providing two different matrix configurations, and that is: The mode that misses the least 5 4 +RADICAL MATRIX+ entrapments over a (36) draw period is utilized as the (preferred) -MEDIAN MATRIX- for use the next (36) draw period. Why? Because the majority of the time the lottery pool remains in dormant phase, (-MEDIAN MAT

Group Play Questions
I had considered it, but after reading all the negative articles (as RJOh mentioned) I think there might be too many problems. However, if I were a member of a pool I would definitely want a written agreement signed by all members. I would also want it to be mandatory that all members play every week or not at all. Many people don't have the extra money but, if possible, I'd want members to contribute the first of every month so the pool administrator wouldn't have to run around collecting the m

LP members and lottery beliefs
What I mean by beat'n the odd's is to contrive a system that alerts you when the time is favorable for wagering bets, and then delivers the correct numbers to wager the very next drawing for at least a 2nd tier prize, or even possibly, the jackpot prize. I dissagree that it is mostly luck , but will agree that a little luck and a solid statistical based system is all that is necessary to git er' done .
Today I am following this notion by posting numbers for the Ohio Rolling Cash 5 drawi

Lawsuit over $315 million lottery jackpot goes to trial
This fool will not win. Any judge and or jury in his/her right mind would know that when Jackpots hit those large numbers like $300,000,000, that someone in a pool will do everything in their power to continue pooling their monies. Short of him attending a love one's funeral, to miss work and miss making your pool contribution is ludicrious at best!
All you rooters for the underdog supporters, he is not an underdog, and furthermore, put yourself in the 7 winners shoes. How the hell would

Lawsuit over $315 million lottery jackpot goes to trial
If the date April 2 is right then this guy has successfully held up his co-workers getting all their money for another year or so. If the court accepts his version of the so-called oral agreement to share with everyone then everyone one in the work area of these lottery winners are entitled to a share of their winnings.
This Jonathan De La Cruz is a lot like Betty Domingo of Lubbock, Texas https://www.lotterypost.com/news/135160.htm who sued all her co-worker for a share of their lottery win

$8 million lottery dispute grips Spain
Blas Landeira Garcia, who organized the pool, told the court that when Lloreda joined the pool six years earlier, he had been informed of the rules.
It worked with a pact of confidence that if we won a prize, it would be shared. Lloreda formed part of the group, he said.
This sounds like an agreement that's unique to their culture. I can't imagine any American agreeing for the rest of his life to share anything he won in any lottery with a group of co-workers and I doubt if any court

How To Protect Yourself In A Lottery Pool
Quote: Originally posted by RJOh on May 26, 2006 The secret is to get in with a group of people that you trust, advised Tommy Turner, a seasoned attorney with experience in civil disputes.
The problems are the people not in the group wishing they had been in the pool after they hear about the win. As long as anyone who think they should have been in the pool can sue regardless of whether they contributed or not, there will be these types of problems.

No delusion-100% winning method
Not yet geminii.
I could give you my DSUM results, and help you filter out the implausibles, but i'm uncomfortable with the pool of numbers. Albeit a relatively small pool that always has the winning number.. Give me a couple of days. I'm testing a formula I am sooo excited about. It will give you the winning number to DSUM, most of the time. Not all the time like the DSUM, but in absence of strong filters DSUMMING only one number into one row is far preferable. Stay tuned, sincerely.
