Litigation Proofing your lottery pool
Taking their winnings. 78 cents (Whoa) . Why shouldn't they contribute to my time and gas?
The personal tickets are not bought with pool money. Everyone has copies of all tickets before first drawing.
What if someone in the pool goes separate and buys personal tickets and wins. Do they owe me money?
Every penny is accounted for. I do not put a gun to these people's head and take their $20.
Would you pay 78 cents for someone to drive 110 miles so you can be in lottery?
Help make i

Hair stylists spar over $9.5M Hoosier Lotto jackpot
The ticket was bought by Christina Shaw who works for Lou s Creative Styles in Indianapolis, the New York Daily News reports.
Seven of her co-workers have taken her to court to demand a share of the winnings.
Ms Shaw s colleagues claim the winning ticket was bought as part of an office lotto pool, and that Ms Shaw breached the informal rules of their pool by keeping one of the tickets for herself.
The seven women taking the case against Ms Shaw were in court on Wednesday, stating Ms Sha

Sorry you think pool organizers are engaged in some kind of theft.
Folks who organize and participate in on-going pools usually share the expenses and the rewards.
I think I read one of your posts where you said you 'ran an office pool' but gave it up because it was too much work.
Were you just using someone elses money for your own advantage??
The 'dollar' crowds are the ones who are taking advantage. They are usually the first in line with their hands out when the

RL's Digit Master Pro Big Game software download.
I think it's clear now that RL built his system when MegaMillions was called Big Game but he wasn't financially able to buy the large number of combinations usually needed for a jackpot game.
So, he made the system available here free of charge, and started a line of communication suggesting that pool play would be superior to
individual players trying to understand and use his system.
His apparent partner, Winsumlosesum, posted many 'how-to' posts on how to use the system.
I think a

What do you use to buy your tickets, peanuts. The Pool has a very strict pool agreement that pertains
to the lottery pool. The big game software also has a license agreement that says what a person can and
can't do such as sale it etc.... Their is no fee to use the software but it is not freeware meaning that I own
it and grant a license to use it free of charge. The Pick-3 system winsum mentioned is still under development
and if it proves out then it may be released as a co

This is the same problem that I run into all the time, I think the pool play will take care of that part.
Maybe you should consider forming a small pool for you game there in Poland this way it will take
to cost burden and split it up. In the past playing my 5-39 on a limited budget I had to pick which
days to play and which to pass. Just like your setup I have hit the 5of5 many times but either passed
playing on that day or I filtered it out getting down to my budget. You ha

Calculating odds for a subset of numbers
I'm not hitting 75% of the time. I'm hitting one time out of a pool of 200K 75% of the time.
I think I'm pharsing it poorly maybe. Let me try to restat it.
Here are the givins:
1. I create a pool of 200K tickets using my system.
2. At least one of the tickets in the 200K pool is a jackpot winner in 75% of the drawings.
Overall my odds seem to be 1 in 200K but only 75% of the time. So what I'm asking is how
do I take the fact that my system is only able to produce

History of Pick 3 rundowns
I can tell you about how the Racetrack Mutuel Handle was used:
Usually the last digit of the dollar amount from the Win, Place and Show pools was used to form the winning number. For example;
Win Pool: $23,468.97
Place Pool: $11,362.63
Show Pool: $8,901.76
The winning number would be 821
The feature race of the day (usually the eighth race) was used as the race to determine the winning number.
The last 3 digits of the stock market volume or bond sale for the day were al

Dumb Question
I had a good friend one time that was a real good pool shot

The owner beat my friend three games in a roll........ using only a mop handle and he only had one arm
My friend never did shoot pool too much after that anymore
He swore to me it was a true story.......dont kn

Workplace Lottery Pool Contract...
I would think a real contract would have to be notorized or made by a lawyer. Not sure.
If you have a conversation and agree to do something it's a real contract, though you may have a hard time proving to the court what the terms of the contract are. Putting things in writing and having each signature witnessed helps prove what the agreement is and that everyone really signed it, and a notary is a better witness than another member of the pool. Proving who signed it and what it says may no
