Has anyone given you a dirty look because you are gambling?
lots of people dont gamble and maybe may never gamble, a good chunk of the population of any country...
why??? not because they dont like the lottery, i think people will find it hard not to like the lottery but they dont gamble and maybe never will, why??? because you spend and spend and spend time again and you lose more than what you are suppose to win and is over and over again and is even worse with those bouncing balls which is like been in a shootout, many people are caucausian or cauc

want to learn more about the basics of lottery systems
I really doubt anyone can pick 49/6 with any kind of consistency, because if you could, you could make a living at it, playing that set of numbers a hundred times for a 100x payout.
And that's the inherent problem with any system: it will help only so far, it may get you a really decent set of pool numbers, but even at that, the pool will be rather large.
I can give you three pools of 5-6 numbers to choose from and be relatively certain one each from those pools will hit, but which one?

What is a lottery system? What distinguishes a lottery system from guesses, dreams and quick picks?
So we could express the odds by saying 1/3:30 X 1/3 (or 1/2):30 X 1/3 (or 1/2), (or 1/1):30?
I don't know if that would work. I've never tried calculating the odds that way.
The reason we divide by 3!, which equals 6, is because we don't have to match the order the numbers are drawn in. If we did, then it would be 1 in 24,360. The lottery sorts the numbers chosen from the same pool from least to greatest. For example to calculate for Hoosier Lotto it's:
(48*47*46*45*44*43)/6! = 8,8

If you had 10 bucks to bet...
First, we have to calculate the Probability of M - matching numbers from P - played quantity in D drawn quantity within an N - Numbers pool. Below is a diagram of how this looks graphically. M is how many individual combination numbers played match the drawn numbers. P is how many numbers you are playing per combination. D is the quantity of numbers being selected for a draw. N is the quantity of numbered balls in the bin for the drawing.
The probability of matching is, where C(?, ?)

N.C. lottery ticket worth $1 million expires Wednesday
people who buy tickets, and don't ever hold onto them to check to see if it could be a big winner, make me sad for what may happen
my worst nitemare thro is if someone wins a jackpot like mm or pb, and Never claims it, then they say for mm/pb it goes back to all the states for them to do whatever
i don't think that's fair to all the people who played during them draws for their jackpot prize pool to go to the states, the amount should just be added back into the current jackpot prize

Playing Jackpot Games Sindicate Style On A Monthly Basis
Sometimes we want to increase our lottery chances without having to join a lottery pool or as some call it a lottery sindicate, maybe you want to increase your chances of winning without having to buy more tickets. Here is the solution to increasing your chances of winning by playing with your weekly budget money.
There are two playing styles when it comes to lotteries.

Division 1 40.0%
Division 2 12.9%
Division 3 5.9%
Division 4 4.6%
Division 5 2.6%
Division 6 11.7%
Division 7 22.3%
What you still don't know is the percentage of sales going into the prize pool. In the U.S. PowerBall game, 32% of sales goes toward the jackpot. Since states put approximately 50% of sales into the prize pool, that means 64% of the prize pool goes toward the jackpot.

Predictions for LP for 2010 - NOT number predictions, things you see coming.
Hi, Coin Toss!
Are office pools illegal?
Would it be illegal if 9 other people joined with me and paid an equal amount to buy 100 combinations for a particular drawing?
This kind of activity goes on all the time all over the country. I've never heard that any of the pool players that hit a jackpot game were later
arrested.
I think it might be illegal if I charged fellow players more than the cost of a single ticket.
Would it be different if the 9 other people are in differen

Pick-3 for Dummies Thursday 01/28/2010
Let me give you more information on my Daily Numbers Simulated Pool.
Today we have four numbers as picks of the day. They are contained in lines 2-5 of the Pick-3 combinations.
One to two of the picks we like to come out in the Mid-day str8 and the Evening str8, these numbers we like to play by using my Magic Wheel to get a good hit. Check the Predictions Boards here at the Lottery Post for those picks for the Mid-day game. As you will see we like that 6-0-9 pick to hit str8, so we wheeled

Brainstorming using Smart Luck Advantage Plus
Hi Everyone,
First off I want to thank you Perdue for starting this thread. I've been a user of GH's
advantage plus software for many years now and had always hoped for someplace to
brainstorm with other users. I even suggested this to GH on her website a long time ago
but to no avail.
Anyhow, what I'd like to say is that with all the stuff going on here in this post, there
really aren't many strategies coming forth about how the info is being used to select
the all im
