I am picturing a 2 billion pot and a guaranteed 50K for 40,000 players that is tax free (that's quite a stretch on the tax bit lol) Tickets should be $1 each and sales start in October and draw made in mid December. It's always best to make copies of the tickets before the draws and share them with members so everyone is looking out for the winner.
