Anyone else participate in the Ohio Lottery focus group?
I was contacted to participate in a research study through the Ohio Lottery - they were testing out some new ideas for instant tickets. (They had my e-mail address due to being registered on the Ohio Lottery website.) It was a pretty interesting experience - it was done in an online live chat type setting. I can't go into too much detail about specifics of what they asked, due to the confidentiality. But it does sound like they have some interesting ideas for future instant games in Ohio.

Powerball Ugh...
Hey, I'm assuming most people hear study the Powerball as most as they can and maybe come up with their own numbers. As of lately, I've only done this for Tennessee Cash and have been a little lazy when it comes to Powerball and Mega Millions. Whenever I play by myself I just buy about 5-10 QPs at a time. Since the beginning of the year, I have matched only 1 PB or MB. How is this possible? Whenver I play PW or MM I have a 99% chance of not winning anything at all! It's very frustrating

I think anyone that plays should have an equal chance to win, its random and luck. If 1000 pick-3 players each played a different number, each of them have the same 999 to 1 chance of winning. Forward: Most due sums- 27, 17, 21, 7, and 6. Only sums that match are 17 and 27- can't get the 999 unless you played in advance- leaves sum 17. Played the sum 17 heaviest and played as 854; should have backed up with long-missing midday 4 digit in 1st position but didn't!
