Secrets of a lottery lawyer-Kurt Panouses interview
In the video I watched, this guy gave a couple examples of how he was able to find a way for his client to claim anonymously in states that were not anonymous. In one state he said he studied the wording of the law and worked with the state Attorney General who agreed with his interpretation. I guess I'd have to get a signed agreement that he can do that in Idaho, and if not, I owe him only a few hundred bucks for his time investigating it.

The Florida Millionaire Raffle is back!
Does anybody know if any of the top prize winners of a million dollars in the current raffle will be able to remain anonymous?
I won 40 bucks yesterday. I'm going to spend it on two millionaire raffle tickets. If I was ever so lucky to win one of the top prizes, I'd want to claim it anonymously, but I'm not sure that can happen.
For Florida draw games (Lotto, PB, MM Fantasy5) only winners names of the top prize (a jackpot win) appear in The Top Prize Winners and Retailers Report publishe

you win the jackpot. how far away are you moving?
assume you won in a state that lets you stay anonymous so that you don't necessarily have to move.

$1.7 BILLION: Will Powerball create a Christmas billionaire?
Not my all time fave drawing????!!! It brought out all the colorful nuts. Something was in the air that has never been repeated. And it was the only drawing that I ever watched the live drawing. Still remember the first number drawn. Where is our buddy Mirlande at today??? I remember the photo of the 3 anonymous Maryland school employees wearing gloves while holding the oversized check.

No winner again: Powerball jackpot hits $1.6 billion in longest-ever rollover run
That's awful, I'd hate to be tracked like that for the rest of my life. I'm surprised he didn't go the trust route and have an attorney claim the prize for him. Even in countries like Australia or in Europe where you can remain anonymous, it's telling that no one ever steps forward to name them self, which is of course entirely ok to do. Everyone knows the pain that would come from such a decision. The states in the US that force you to come forward should really rethink that policy.

Powerball
Wow, Im so glad I live in Texas. You can win a jackpot prize and remain anonymous. There's no grace period or anything like that. You get your money and move on without anybody knowing outside Lottery officials.

Powerball
If you're trying to remain anonymous, structuring your ticket purchases and winning ticket claims is the opposite of what you should do, not to mention that you're wasting time and fuel to spend $3 per line.

Florida bill would enhance criminal penalties for lottery retailer theft and fraud
Talk about a flagrant waste of lawmaking...who's gonna stand up to the state's prehistoric constitution ( that was written LONG before a 5-year old could find any human being within five planets on the internet) and let the players that make our great lottery what it is remain anonymous???

Washington, D.C. woman makes $2 million lottery claim in thematically appropriate attire
Yes designator is in the claim form but most people don't know what that means. So, they would not know to try and stay anonymous when claiming their prize money
