I'm thinking of starting a lottery pool
This had been spoken of in the past- SOme guidelines were mentioned to protect the group and the claims. Read up thru the search feature.
I will caution and say- Never spot someone there share, and make it clear you dont pay you dont get to claim winnings. THen set the rules and guidelines clearly. I see no difference in a lottery pool as it ONLY takes one line to hit. Read to many folks winning with a qp on one dollar bets....

Multi-state lottery options will expand in 33 states
Chomping at the bit to play powerball in TX. Great timing as my PB pool numbers ran out 1-16-10 and I would have had to drive to LA to get new numbers.
I am so HAPPY about this. I like the idea of more jackpot winners as long as we still see an occasional 150mil+ jackpot for each one. What I hope we don't get is a lot of shared smaller jackpots.

ohio lottery red ball coming back
from feburary 28th to April 3rd the Red ball promotion for pick 3 is back. in this promotion theres a pool of i think 7 balls it starts out 6 white 1 red if a red ball is chosen your winnings increase by i think 20% not sure though if a red ball is not chosen the next night there are 5 white and 2 red and so on till a red is chosen so your guarenteed a red ball at least once in 7 draws so at least 4 times the red ball will get picked maybe more. this is just one of the many promotions the Ohio L

Great Discovery: The Dumb & Dumber system for Pick5: If you are desperate & patient
Is not a perfect system it has its flaws...
Take the range of Pick5 is 1-39...Divide it in half...is: 1-20 or 20-39...Dude it sounds silly but combinations like: 1-5 or in 5 s DO PLAY they play like once a year or once every 2 years sometimes once every 3 years...Well they range from: 1-20 or from 20-39...
If you NOTICED...1,2,3,4,5 or 2,3,4,5,6 or 3,4,5,6,7 all the way to: 20 is: $20 dollars...why? because 1 x 20 = $20....
And the odds that they will play on weekends is so small, anywa

List of LP members phobias, lottery phobias
lottocoulrophobia - the fear that the clown running the tickets will make a mistake (no offesnse to any clerks here, but you know it happens).
poolrunnerphobia - for those involved in a lotto pool, the fear that the person running it keeps winners for themself or will run off with a jackpot winner.

Brainstorming using Smart Luck Advantage Plus
Thank you LJ1 for your reply. I will try this approach and see what happens. In the past I'd usually end up with a headache when trying to use chart E to refine my picks. I've gotten better at picking the cold and avg. numbers from Chart 3 by reducing the history to 50 games or less. I've been using chart 7 mainly for the hot ones. My biggest issue for the most part is that my picks can be anywhere from 1-3 days off and that I can't seem to get my pool below 15 numbers. So they do come out, even

Poll: If they took: 80% of your 200mill Windfall for a teen lotto will you do it: Proving a point
i dont THINK is illegal to have a free lotto, let alone for teens...It can t possibly be...What hurt does it cause...Anyways there are ways around him...YOu know i can PHATOM the idea that nobody has said: Well let s have a free teens lotto in the USA and abroad...but now that you made me think, they will want to make a teen winner and ask something more in return if you know what i mean...There is not even a women teens free lotto either...So many women out there who are rich and think they are

How can we use "What we know for sure" to help us?
Thanks Skoaler.. good idea.
I have also ben experimenting with using 4 or less skips to create a field of numbers to choose from.
I'm not sure who posted it first, but the idea is basically:
1) 4 skips or less holds 50% of the winning numbers. 4 skips or less yields a pool of 18
numbers to choose from .
2) 6 skips or less holds 66% of the winning numbers. 6 skips or less yields a pool
of 23 numbers to choose from.
It would seem that if you choose fro

David's Play 3 Winning Formula (Proof)
That's Play 5 not Play 4 for the betting pool.
My wife and I thought we should play the full system; but not play three (3) numbers. If the NJ lottery picks one of those 3 numbers we did not play, it will be proof that it's rigged.

Would you be upset if you gave a lottery ticket as a gift and it was a million dollar winner?
I'll be giving scratch offs as gifts at work tomorrow, $3 per person. They all know I'm a lotto junkie. I'll probably be the only one giving anything but if someone else does give gifts hopefully they won't think I'm cheap. If they do, oh well.
I won't give MM or LT tickets though. I couldn't handle it if one of them won millions. They need to join the pool for that.
