I agree with your second paragraph. The first one still has an error: Two 1 in 146,100,669 chances 2*1/146100669 is 1 in 97,400,446. This is incorrect for 2 tickets (it is correct for 4 tickets). Each ticket has a 1 in 292,201,338 chance of winning, the same as a single ticket. But when you have 2 of them, your overall odds of winning with the two tickets is 2 in 292,201,338.

so clearly what they did was I think counts three weeks back two or three weeks back. The 18 was out and next to you is a 20 versa too. That came out then what they did is they went alone that line area, the sequence pattern and I believe it's in our 30s in here somewhere pissed off with the error number.
