I think the key is just for kicks . That could be a verbal agreement meaning just for the hell of it. Doesn't mean a share of it, but it has to be what was said at the time. Yes - Del - NJ and PA all have a common thread. But one doesn't necessarily follow the other, its like a big pool - whomever gets it first. Then you have to look to your Big Four in Pa - gives you a good indication as to what is to come for the next day. I have noticed that the digits from DEL and NJ are one or two off of one digit. Which means that for example, 755 hit in NJ - then 756 would hit in PA, same with DEL - sometimes they have the NERVE to play in another state without changing.
