signing your tickets
Yes, I agree. I guess I was thinking more about the huge jackpots. I never won more than $75 at a time, so I haven't had the pleasure of signing a $600 winner! It would be crazy not to sign my ticket immediately if I won thousands of dollars.
Does anyone know how a signature would have an effect on creating a Trust or LLC? I'm not talking about a pool. So many people here have said not to sign the ticket, but I'm not so sure it would make a difference if the winner signs his ticket and

Company proposes new pooling lottery ticket to fight 'jackpot fatigue'
You know who's 50% would be shared The players 50%
You can bet the states won't give up any part of their 50%. And to come to think of it Powerball is less than 50% going to the players as it is now because of the power play option!
I SAY NO TO ANY NATIONAL LOTTERY POOL OR STATE LOTTERY POOLS!

Lotto 5/25: New Game Idea
One thing is they take tax out. When the PB is 100million and the cash option is 50 and the tax on THAt is 20, that leaves 30 million. Most people could live lavishly for the rest of their life with that much. It's about power and security and attention. Also when it's over 100 usually the News keeps mentioning it so more people who weren't thinking about it go play.
I'd definitely try any new game they come out with. The percentages are meant to be of the prize pool total.. so 7.5 percent of

Beware of Members Trying To Get You To Join A Group
Sometimes a member will send me a PM to ask me to join a pool. I always decline and then I rarely receive a second PM.

OMG! What a jerk. Sounds like a guy I turned down for a second date....or maybe it was that psychiatrist I went to last year. Guess I shouldn't have asked for a second opinion.

Do you wait for the PowerBall to get to a certain amount?
My odds are the same whether its a high jackpot or not. My tickets are qp so I figure they already know which balls NOT to pull . I tell all my associates what numbers are on my $5 play ticket and advise them NOT to play those numbers!
Luckily I am also in a small group pool each week and we usually break even by the end of the weekly plays.
Its discerning when I hear that some folks are only in the game for the BIG jackpot amount and anything less is meager. Give me 10k, Give me 1 k..

Penn. Lottery introduces new 'Mix & Match' game
Well got my first ticket tonight, picked my own numbers. Was a fun and different change of pace. Hope I win the first ever jackpot, then one later on in the millions.
The top mix match prize level is pari-mutuel, so the total prize pool available is equally divided among all winning tickets matching all five winning numbers in the same position in which they were drawn.
Although I am not very fond of that for such a low starting jackpot. So if 2 people match the first draw, that

Do you have a system ?
Man, I gotta explain everything...
I mean 'close' to a sure thing, ie; a single number you would pick over all other numbers for a calculated reason, etc.
We ALL have a given pool of numbers we each 'like', but is there one particular number you feel is a lock or near-lock ?
You are correct - you are either gonna hit it - or not, 'close' does not count.

West Virginia Cash25...If only...
I usually play as I predict when ever possible. I've been predicting the WV Cash25 for about a year off and on and out of 750 lines I've only matched five once. The odds of matching five is 1:1554 so I have beat the odds but hitting six is still out of my range with odds of 1:177,100 so I would be lucky if I hit it once a year even if I was playing it all the time in real life.

Do you have a system ?
It could fit anywhere, it was a 'discussion' about a 'system' in a 'jackpot game'........ :)
To clarify: does anyone have a system, theory, whatever, that will tell them when ONE particular number is almost guaranteed to hit in the next game ? Not from a pool of 4, 5, 10 or 15 numbers, but just ONE number that will hit.
The next thing coming will be a single-number PB challenge to see if anyone can back up what they say.

what is the playing number on sc raffle tickets?
I got one as well...mine is 886 something or other. I figure by now at least 900k of them have been purchased.
Something that concerns me is that if they sell 950,000 tickets, and number 964331 is drawn for a million dollar prize. Or will the computer be set to draw only from the numbers that have been purchased? I know that's a stupid question. Duh...lol - SC has already made tons of money off this at this point with a total prize pool of $5.5 million and mine would mean they have at least $
