Mega Millions to change lottery game's game and prize structure
Faster jackpot turnover does not mean smaller jackpots. When you add 25 million people to the mix the jackpot will simply climb faster and be won sooner hence more people becoming fabulously wealthy. Think about it... it will only take 7 draws to get the pot up to $100 Million instead of 10 draws to get it there. If you leave the odds alone you will get more winners, but roughly the same jackpot sizes. This is simple mathematics. Raising the odds to 175 million to 1 will generate obscene ja

Need help with dream...(not numbers!)
you have inside fear Gina of losing her........that is only natural. If she was a gift from God, He will protect her.BUT, I would maybe keep an extra tight rein on her the next few weeks. I have had horrible dreams that never develop......a dream is our subconscience telling us something about what we fear sometimes. I would not let it consume me but I would be careful.Just make sure you pray to the Lord to protect her. I am not a dream specialist...........so these are just my thoughts. By

gail howard wheels or.......
Hi Tom,I especially like Gail's Chart #4. I rarely use wheels-- Gail's or someone else's-- because I choose to believe that number selection is important. Using the familiar parameters or particular characteristics of the game I play, I combine numbers utilizing her various charts. I'd like to hear more about how lotto players here select or pick their numbers to go in the wheel they use. I'd also like to hear if players bypass making their own selection of numbers (based on a study of the cha

A strange experience
Hi there. Thanks for the replies.I've posted a lot of what the guy told me in various other threads. The tendencies in 3/4 of the 5 and 6 number draws for one of the numbers to repeat next draw. The near-certainty that if one does, it will hit again a few draws later. The fact certain numbers tend to run in gangs and hit in the same draws or just before and after one another. The fact some numbers prefer particular draw dates to hit. The fact some numbers appear to 'care' whether this is t

possible to form a lottery club in mass?
I've done a little with lottery pools in MA. In short, it's possible, but a real pain.First off, you know how on the back of the ticket it's got all that legal mumbo jumbo about the official rules and administrative bulletins, etc? Well one of the rules is that you agree to have your photo taken for lottery promotional stuff. So you can't legally go the anonymous trust fund route.Second, only one person can claim the prize if you win. This doesn't mean only one person can own the ticket, just th

The Pigskin Challenge: 3-9-'05
Just returned from getting my PB numbers. What a shocking trip this one has been. My initial pool of numbers was 38 numbers. My qualifying (based on number performance) method left me with only 8 numbers. First I was shocked at the few numbers. Then, as I thought on it on how and why, I could no decide on anything. How could this happen, and how do I play only 8 numbers. To Play or Not To Play. Finally I remembered Todd's wheels. I decided to go with his Abbreviated 3 if 3 of 8. I am posting

cash vs. annuity
Quote: Originally posted by Annual Payments on February 19, 2005LOL Cash stop jinxing me! Ok so I might splurge a bit and spend the first check. But every one after that I could keep and invest. It's just that 2.3 million just doesn't sound good against $7m. I guess if I won $7m I'd have to think long and hard as to what option I'd choose. In California you must choose your option when you buy the ticket. It can not be changed. It has been challenged in court and the rule was upheld by the c

Winning Mystically
The prime directive is to win no matter which method we choose to use. Each person sees and deals with the world as a whole, with lottery numbers from our individual perspectives. Even back when Lotto World magazine was in print in the early to mid '90's there were articles about persons using various mystical methods to win from dreams to meditation and all areas in between. One woman meditated for the numbers and won a large lotto jackpot.Lottery Post is a phenomena, and might I say stroke
