I am not totally sure about that - but I was thinking more in line with the systems that are available to players on LP or the many post that people have on the Lottery System Forum right here. I see post on ways to like .... Consecutive Numbers. Deflate Sums Lottery Bible Mirror System String Projection and many more. The time and effort that people put into it I believe if it works we should have some big winners. Again as I said I mostly do QP. Time is money. S

I wouldn't donate to any of the charities that continually send unsolicited mail to my address, mail addressed to people who do not and perhaps never even lived here. They're wasting way too much money on poorly targeted, ineffective advertising.

I would stick with local charities as well or set up my own foundation. St. Jude's has a terrible reputation for not sharing scientific research with other institutions and I think they spend as much as half of their budget on advertising. Standard health/medical insurance of the parents is what is paying for the treatments. Until recently, parents of sick children were sleeping in cars since St. Jude would not help out the parents. Look it up. Give $ to Universities with promising

By regulation, the advertised annuity value has to increase by exactly 1 million dollars with every rollover, and the cash value is calculated from that number, regardless of sales . Let's see how many states get it right and how many other states could learn something from those that get it right. Lottery's spend BIG $$$ on advertising so it would help us all to see proper disclosure whenever the jackpot get UP there.
